The employe at the front checkout had an attitude when I asked where the returns were. She had an agressive tone as if she was anoyed someone was asking her a simple question for 6 seconds. Other customers were also confused finding the returns near me, joking with me how difficult it was to get there. There needs to be bigger signs with a distinct color to help guide customers to the return section. The lady at the returns when I finally got there was nice and helped me right away.

The store is always clean, always well put together and easy to find whatever you are looking for. Associates are very nice and they try extra hard to make sure you don't have to stand in line very long. Love going Kohl's.

Went to return some items from amazon & I had 1 pair of shoes to return to Kohl’s. I walked into the store at 8:35pm. Once I had finished with the amazon returns I went to return the shoes from kohl’s. I walked up to the customer service desk at 9:03pm- they said they couldn’t help me. They had a register open for purchases but were unwilling to assist with a return. There were 2 employees behind the customer service counter. I rarely give negative reviews but the willingness to stay open for purchases but not assist a customer with a return was frustrating. I had to walk across the store to do my separate returns-I didn’t mind. But I won’t be returning to the West Jordan Kohl’s.

Pleasant experience finding a fantastic discount on dress pants thats looked prefect with the jacket I already owned. Customer service was priority one for the staff that helped me with my purchase. I would be happy to return to eliminate wasted time looking elsewhere.
