Went to Lane Bryant in Jordan landing an was helped by a nice lady named Emily. I had to be fitted for a bra and she gott me sized and helped me to every extent. She was very patient and knowledgeable. This Lady need a raise! She was absolutely wonderful. Had a great experience.

EDIT: I'm revising my rating because it's not fair for me to ding this particular store just because I'm frustrated with the company. So, my rating for customer service (in the past) is a 5. My opinion of the company is a 2 or 3.

The prices have gone insanely high. I realize it's a specialty size store, but come on! I think they know they've got you trapped as far as needing plus size clothing. Lately, I also haven't found clothing I like (although this could just be the weird state of fashion these days.) About the only thing I buy anymore are panties when they go on an extreme sale. $30+ for a basic white T-shirt? Basic pants that are over $100? Even if I do see something cute, 99% of the time I put it right back when I see the price tag. Even the prices on their clearance rack are still too high for what the item is. I'm extremely disappointed they've priced me out of shopping there.
The other thing I find frustrating is how much of their clothing doesn't accommodate a bra. Hello, you're a plus-size store, it should be obvious that plus-size ladies almost always need a bra! Yes, I know strapless bras exist, but they are expensive and, honestly, how many of us big breasted ladies really feel secure in a strapless bra? I've almost given up on shopping at Lane Bryant.

I came in last minute and the staff were all so nice and helpful! I feel like it was the easiest clothes shopping experience I've ever had, great sizes and styles! Will defintely be coming back.

Amy has helped us many times. Whenever my grandmother has any questions or need help she is always there. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. My grandmother isn’t able to get out much but she is always very exited to come here and see all of the new clothes. Thank you Amy for helping us so much!

Management here is a joke. You can clearly see that all the employees need trained better, and on top of that, the management seems to belittle the normal retail workers. Like really? Do you guys even pay that much to treat your employees like that.... i bet it causes alot of misdirected stress and confusion.

I went to multiple stores looking for plus life lingerie that was comfortable.. with no luck! Stopped at Torrid to check it out and found the cutest 2 piece set. Customer service was great, Brittany helped me and she was super friendly and awesome!

The only store I've found that carries large bras(up to size H, I believe) that are great quality, and prices! I'm always greeted, asked if I can be helped, and I feel happy when I leave! Exchanges and/ or returns are not a problem here!
