Her wedding dress from our wedding over a year ago as well as several suits of mine that needed some attention. I also had some rips stitched up in the slacks that I've been using with those suits. These guys did a great job communicating how long it would take to have all of these things done, and pickup/dropoff was really simple. Definitely coming back as needs come up in the future!”

“Highland Coin Laundry has been nothing but amazing!! Hilda and her team have always been extremely accommodating, respectful, and understanding. They are a very good business and I recommend you visit. Highland Coin does our shop laundry, every week, with some loads in excess of 75-100 pounds. They always communicate clearly, and keep their word. As far as the building, it is in a very nice, low key neighborhood. It is always kept extremely clean, and their instructions are very clearly labeled and communicated. I definitely recommend Highland Coin Laundry if you are in the Millcreek - SLC area!”

“My washer at home finally lost it. With 4 kids and a mini farm, laundry isn’t something that can be skipped for long. I picked this location because it’s the closest to my house and I’m SO glad I did. It’s the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to.
As soon as I walked in, Isabella came over offering to help me get the machines set up correctly and helped me download the app to get credits on.
Isabella is the kindest person I’ve encountered in at least a year. She made the whole process go smoothly and all of my frustration disappear.”

“I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!”
“I have used Village Cleaners off and on for the last 10 years. They are very professional and their dry cleaning results are impeccable.
Recently I decided to take advantage of their free pickup and drop off service.
Unfortunately there was miscommunication to the dry cleaning plant as to the return date of my order. As a result, my wife's Sunday dress was clean - but locked away at their plant which is closed on the weekends. We had a special event planned on Sunday and my wife had purchased a new dress for the event.
On her day off, Pam, the Village Cleaner's Draper manager, went to the plant, retrieved our dry cleaning and rescued me so that my wife had her dress for Sunday.
In addition to their excellent dry cleaning, their care of their customers is outstanding!

“The owner of this place is AMAZING! My life was once threatened by some punk & her mother because I VERY politely asked if I could use 1 dryer cuz they had literally EVERY SINGLE DRYER being used(over 20 machines). I didn't ask for her help but she showed up out of nowhere. She'd seen everything on her cameras & came to save me like a Knight in Shining armor. She handled it with so much grace & class. It was amazing. I was a woman all alone at 3am & she made me feel safe. She watches out for other woman on those cameras. Plus, my clothes got stuck in a machine(my fault I didn't see the out of order sign) & she carts out this huge tool box & took the machine apart & touched my dirty clothes to help me load them into another one. She also paid for it-without me having to ask either. She's a woman that definitely won my respect & extreme gratitude!”
