I had 2 guys help me on Saturday June 21st they were both named “Luis” both of them where amazing very helpful I totally recommend them to help me bring up my fridge all the way to my house.

I had a horrible experience with Lowe's appliance delivery and installation service. I ordered a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. It took about a month and 4 total appointments to get everything installed. One appointment had to be rescheduled as it came late during the day, outside my delivery window, and about 1.5 hours after I received a text saying I was the next stop. During the next appointment, I was told by the installers that my fridge had no water valve (it does), they refused to install it so I had to reschedule a week later after getting a plumber to confirm I had a water line valve. The next installers were very rude and condescending. There were issues with the cord I originally ordered, so they took it upon themselves to show me how to count to 3 (for 3 prongs). Please note at this time I had made sure I purchased the correct cord. They refused to move my fridge from the middle of my garage to a reasonable position. They stated I could do it myself. They refused to hook up my water line for my new fridge as well. I will not be purchasing anything from Lowe's in the future that requires any delivery or installation service.

Good product availability for the most part, similar to Home Depot. However, customer service is definitely mediocre. The Lowes AI based phone system is particularly bad and makes it hard to reach anyone if you have any questions that the system can’t deal with.

We've been to this lowes multiple times and every time we come here we sadly have to see Debbie's face at customer service. She's beyond rude. We've gotten a lawn mower, a refrigerator, and a grill. Each time she either has some rude things say or mumbles stuff under her breath. I was being helped by a different associate once and they were trying to verify inventory from a different location and she hung up the phone because apparently they aren't allowed to do that. We were already on the line with someone. She could have waited for the conversation to be over instead of rudely interrupting. Everytime Debbie "comes over to help" it just ruins our day and in fact she makes the process longer and harder.

Store Manager.
I came into your store today to buy a roof mount swamp cooler for my kids house. You have none out on the floor. The kid I talked to was helpful but had limited information. I needed to know the down draft chute size.
He said you store them in the back, and his in store phone, when he pulled up swamp coolers, does not give the chute size. Kinda important.....
I'm sure I am not the only person coming to your store to buy a swamp cooler and went to Home Depot instead.
You are missing out on sales during this heat wave. Poor merchandise on your part....

Some good things.. some not so good. . Well... they are still in business... many times I go there to hunt for something that looks like it's been out of stock for awhile, like the hardware screws etc... trying to get help is not too readily available. Workers busy chatting amongst themselves

My father bought an outdoor carport that the workers REFUSED to help him load. They couldn't get the trailer loaded with a forklift, dumped it off next to the trailer and left. He ask several times for help and no one came. My husband and I drove 3 HOURS to help him since no employees would come help him. And all of the boxes were opened or broken in some way.

Almost always have what I need. Just wish all the stores had the same layout. Prices are a bit higher than other retailers.

Lowe’s is such a great store, with some amazing staff!! We love picking out tomatoes and green peppers in their Garden Center to put into our garden at home. They have so many different plants, miracle grow, and garden decorations. Would highly recommend!!
