I ordered door over a year ago and they can't get it right they ordered the brick mold and only made on right side not the upper or the left side. so they reorderd and after two months waiting they came in broken. so they went and said they will order again in a brown color when I have blue doors. not to mention there phone system sucks.

I walked by seven employees this morning that tried their hardest not to speak or interact with anyone. This was in the tools, electrical and paint departments. Why even hire a group of people that are unfriendly and could care less about their customers?

Have to revise this review and lower to a 1 star. Would give zero stars if possible. Let me explain.Bought a GE washer in 2022 from Lowe's. They have now been to my house 4 times to fix said washer.The fact that they sold me a lemon is not even the worst issue.Each time they come to my house (at least 5 days AFTER I've opened a case with the warranty company) they diagnose the issue, then order parts, which take UP TO 2 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. Then come back to the house. So, if you buy a major appliance that is warrantied and needs repair, be prepared to be without that appliance for up to 3 weeks while they "fix" the issue.I am currently on day 18 for the FOURTH fix. This is what it's like each and every time.Cannot express my loathing of Lowe's enough. I will NEVER make another major purchase from this company.
