This store has the worst customer service ever. Employees are racists, unprofessional, and rude specifically with colored/ hispanic customers. We used to buy our groceries there very often. However, with this situation going on, we do not need to be treated so disrespect

One of the managers was very rude and wasn't helpful at all. But the pharmacy was very helpful and polite.

This store is overpriced, and that's saying something during a period of inflation. The pharmacy doesn't take discount cards. Everything there is way too expensive, the convenience is no longer worth it.
They lie and say they're owned by a small company, but they're actually owned by Associated Foods, since 1999.... even though they rebranded and remodeled... they're still Associated Foods.

Great Customer service! Helped me add back my phone number into system to make sure discounts were applied when purchasing certain items on sale.
Kids enjoyed their soda and cookies purchased for them from Macey's!

I am an employee & I have a review!
It was 5:30pm. I went to the counter @ Beans & Brew to see about getting a refill on my ice water.
The lady working was counting her register & I got COMPLETELY IGNORED!!
It was straight up RUDE!!!
1- They close at 6pm so WHY was she counting her till so early??
2- WHY was she counting her till in the 1st place - when THAT is the front end supervisor's job to do?!
3- I have just 15 minutes & can NOT stand here & WAIT to even be acknowledged!!!
I walked away.
Of course I did tell the front end supervisor about it because the issue needs to be addressed! I am just a mere employee - but had it been an ACTUAL customer they would have gotten the same treatment at that exact moment too!!!
Chances of this ever getting addressed with that Beans & Brew employee will be slim to none though because I am just a mere cashier who only needed an ice water refill. So who cares?! Right?!

I don’t mind using self check out until I have soda pop. There needs to be a better option. Last time the self checkout assistant was able to bypass the need to put all the soda on the belt today I was told that isn’t at all possible. It is time consuming to wait for the computer to show the skip bagging prompt and doing it multiple times feels like a punishment for shopping there.

Not impressed with this location. I don't live near a macey's and so I just go to whatever one is closer to me with where I am going that day. There has been 2 seperate times which this location has not provided proper service and I wish I could leave a 1 star review for each one. After the 2nd time I'm ready to take the time to post. The first one happened when I needed to return some items I purchased at a utah county macey's. It was only a week ago I purchased it, but this location refused to return the item because they said it was purchased in a "different district" and it was company policy not to return it. They told me to go back to the other location and they would help me there. But again, the other one wasn't close to me at the moment so that is why i went to this one. I was on my way to Logan to spend the weekend and ironically they took it there with no problem. That definitely isn't in the same "district" but they took care of me.
The second time happened when I was trying to purchase some gift cards with a sale they had going on. They refused to sell me $500 in gift cards because the store director (who i was told her name was Amy Street) had left for the day and must be in the store to approve it. She even went in the back to call this Amy lady who told her she wouldn't do it. It had to be less than $500. I asked if I purchased $200 and if my wife who was with me could purchase the other $300. I was told no. Now they were only allowing each of us to purchase $200 so that together we were less than their magical $500 price which apparently flags the system. I don't know how it knows if there are 2 different purchasers, but I was told it does. If you are open you need to have the people there that can make a sale. If a manager has to authorize this, Amy should have authorized another manager in the store to approve this massive responsibility. I went to a different macey's and they sold me $1000 in gift cards and didn't need to get the store director in charge. It didn't flag the system and I didn't have to split it between me and wife. Crappy customer service.
