The staff are amazing other then a lady named Michaela, she is very homaphobic to her staff that are part of the LGBTQ. Stating that they are just playing pretend. With my fiance (who also works there and is part of that) she has made countless remarks to her and has made her not want to work there. Michaela had been reported a few times but nothing is done about it. I strongly say to go to a different location if she is working. I do not support a place that will make their workers feel lesser just because of who they love or if they are part of the LGBTQ. I'm so disappointed in this store.

If you’re not white they will judge you and discriminate against you. I walked in and the gentleman next to me white guy around same age as me but white, he didn’t get asked for his ID but I did they immediately judged me and stated if I look young they have to ask for it. That is were he is wrong he did not ID and scan someone else’s ID buying tobacco products. Under law UTAH CODE 76-10-114 you are required by law to ask everyone buying any tobacco products to present a ID. You guys are not going by this code and not being equal to everyone in this store. I’m looking to speak with the GM. or regional manager about this since I was treated unfair at this colonized institution.
