What a waste of time. Apparently michaels only donates to project sunshine. But i called over 2 months ago to see if the buisness does any donations. Instead of telling me no a manager told me that he'd have to ask around if they still did donations. Today i called back and i was told no new information just to call 1800 number for corporate which is overseas in asia somewhere. Joanns and hobby lobby are way better.

Very nice employees. Great selection of craft supplies. The store has a lot of discounts and I can usually find a lot of fun projects to do every time I go here!

We went to the Michael’s store near us because we needed an item that day and couldn’t wait to have it shipped to us. I was VERY disappointed! Not only could we not find the item but the staff was not helpful at all. They gave the impression that we were irritating them by asking for help finding the item. I did find a few other things however when I went to check out, I was told I had to use the self check out even though there were 4 employees just standing there. I struggled getting my items scanned and placed in the bags (they were big and awkward) and the staff just watched me struggle. My husband finally came over to assist! WTH we don’t work there….! What happened to customer service? After my experience there I’ll be shopping at Hobby Lobby from here on out!

Great craft store! I enjoy walking through and coming up with creative ideas. I can spend a lot of time and money here, but I do find many items that are reasonably priced for kids projects. My only complaint is the line can get backed up at times. Employees are always super helpful and very nice!

The older man that I asked for help was extremely rude. The young lady at the register was the only redeeming factor in my visit to this store.
