Update!!!It’s been over a year and we’re now fostering puppies. We’ve adopted a new dog. While our fosters are not allowed to eat our cooking, because they must be on a known diet they can be regulated. Our new addition, what I like to call a bald Husky, is doing amazing on it. I did a quick consult with Angela, the owner and certified dietician, to ensure I didn’t miss anything for Chloe our new puppy. Chloe just turned a year and the vet was very happy with her health. We have gotten super quick at cooking and pepping food. It’s been so much fun. Even for the picky eater that a Husky can turn into. I am so happy we chose to go this route!I love my pooch, and he’s been in our family for almost a year. He’s got allergies to what seems to be everything!!! He’s a rescue, so I vowed that his life with me would be the best he would know. We tried all different types of food and eventually went with prescription food. It seemed to be working, but it was making him gain weight. He’s no spring chicken, but he’s a super active dog! He definitely needed something to keep him satisfied and at a healthy weight. So I got lucky to enter a conversation about dog food. In which a consumer had already been using Mindful Mutts for years, and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity!I was finally able to find a book with simple instructions on how to make homemade dog food for your fur baby with a purpose. No crazy spaghetti, or whatever other weird things you find out there now days. The website is also full of good ingredients you can use if you need to. It is shipped outto you if you can’t find a good place to buy from. However, the book is really good at breaking things down for you. So you can do your grocery list from anywhere it’s feasible for you.The owner and Author of the book, Angela, gives you the option of booking a consultation with her so you can ask her anything you may be worried about. She’s amazing, and really made this transition a lot simpler for me!!We’ve been cooking for our pooch for a little over a month and thanks to the new food, he’s already looking leaner (due to less inflammation), and his bathroom habits are amazing ?. Well his habits were great, it’s the content I’m excited about ?.He loves his new food, and he’s excited about every feeding. Added a picture of him for effect because he’s my baby ❤️

Angela is such a sweetheart! Her shop has all kinds of goodies and toys! She even gave me a chew for my pups birthday when she found out that's why I was shopping! I purchased her book because I wanted to start making my pups food. Her book is easy to understand and she breaks down the process in a way that explains why the components are needed, how to incorporate variety, and to have fun during the process! After making several batches myself, what she does is truly a labor of love. I am grateful to be able to offer my pup something healthier, and I could not have done it effectively without Angela's help!

Angela has a really cute and cool shop that sells a bunch of the birthday and special occasion goodies for your dog! She was super nice and I had a great time getting my dog's birthday cake and party items from her shop. My dog loved her lil birthday cake. We got the $11 mini dog cake in the pink box and a bday hat.Thank you so much!

She's an outstanding lady!! Unfortunately she was all booked on cakes ( order ahead like I didn't ) but she had an amazing selection of premades that were just as good! I'll be ordering again for our dogs 2nd birthday very professional ?also it's a business ran through her house so don't be lost when you find yourself in an neighborhood. 10/10 all day

If you haven’t spoken to Angela yet or tried her food, you need to! She is seriously so educated on your pets diet and can recommend foods that are specific to your pets needs. She’s always so willing to help you figure out what you need. Plus, my pups LOVE the food! I’ve been coming here for some time now and always completely satisfied.

Angela is awesome. She has great work ethic and she bends over backwards to accommodate my requests which are last minute. And she is a very nice person overall and genuinely cares for my dogs. I will continue to order from her. This is the only food my picky 12 year old will eat.
