My appointment time was stolen WHILE I was filling out my information. Underhanded to make the appointment go to whomever can fill out the Web form fastest. If I select an *available* time that time should be under a limit exclusive lock until I cancel or complete filling out my appointment.Your system means that disabled or elderly people have less of a right to the last available appointment than someone who can speed through the submission, even if they were there first. If I select an appointment before someone else I should have a right to that slot unless I give it upTBC because this guarantee is NOT in place, there's no way of knowing if I would have been the one taking an appointment or if it was taken from me, but it's equally gross knowing I could have accidentally taken someone else's appointment if they were there first and I was just faster

Went to get a throat swab on July 4th, We arrived at 11:15 (they said they closed at 1:00) and proceeded to try to check in. There apparently were no appointments left for the day, but there is a sign that clearly says Walk-ins Welcome. After 5 minutes of fighting with the check in device and the schedule, the provider had come out of her exam room and asked if we had appointments. We told her we were walk-ins and that we just wanted to get a throat swab, she told us that if the check-in says that there are no more appointments then there are none left for today and said that her next appointment at 11:30 should be there soon. She was sitting in her office appearing as if she was doing nothing, no one was in the waiting area and as we were leaving she had closed the door to her exam room. If walk-ins are not actually worked into the schedule, don't advertise that walk-ins are welcome. Waste of time.

Super nice nurse and doctor. Good place to come if you’re just trying to get a strep test done. They accept most insurances, but better than the doctor run around stuff.

Are you planning international travel? I'm sure you visited the CDC.gov page to see which vaccinations are required or recommended for your travel destination. You will not believe how easy it was, to go on the Minute Clinic website, check for the immunization availability, and schedule an appointment online! The pre check process takes your contact and health insurance information. When you arrive at the Minute Clinic, sign in at the kiosk to check in for your scheduled appointment. Two wonderful employees helped me today. Both vaccines and the consult, with insurance was only $59. Without naming names, another source in SLC wanted $70 for a consultation, $111 for Hepatitis B, and $80 for Typhoid. If you've never used the Minute Clinic before, now you know just how easy it is :)

The care and professionalism of the medical team was exemplary. Pricing was ridiculous (nearly 100.00 for a TB test), and don't bother calling the clinic to ask a question. You'll reach a guy in Zimbabwe who will transfer you to a lady in the Philippines who will transfer you back to the same useless phone number.

Don’t bother going here. Wasted our time bringing our sick child to get a strep test. Called ahead to make sure we knew what time they closed. They said they closed at 7pm, arrived at 6:30, went to sign in and the doctor comes out and says “we’re closed folks”. Right above her said “Monday-Thursday 7am to 7pm”. It’s a Monday… No explanation, she just turns and walks back into her office… Thanks for the quality service and care!!!

Joke of a clinic. Called to confirm if they took my insurance, they lady on the phone put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then told me that they did take my insurance. Went there with my 2 year old daughter, and waited close to 2 1/2 hours to be seen. As soon as we were seen I asked the doctor if they accepted my insurance just to be sure. She told me they didn’t take my insurance and that there was nothing she could do for my sick child. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
