Nice people, but horrendous wait times. Employees sitting around like they have nothing better to do in offices and behindndesk on their computers while people are waiting in line for 30 minutes. I wasted my whole lunch time there. People in the offices doing other things need to get up and service the people waiti g there as a priority. Customers with longer issues need to be taken to a desk and then someone else needs to take the the tellers place to keep the line moving. It's the women that sit wanting to not help out.

The customer service is terrible from Paola, she is rude to the clients, she throws the card at me and then throws the deposit receipt at me, she has a very bad attitude, a person as aggressive as she should not be customer service.

Been with them for over 15+ years. Customer service is awesome personal loans. your house, car, truck, camper, or anything you want to get. The place is clean. They have a drive-thru in and a ATM outside in the Drive-Thru.

The experience was fine other than my branch was closing in two days and I wasn't notified. I saw the notice on the drive up window. When I mentioned it to the girl at the drive up window she did not respond.

We have always had excellent service at MACU. I visited the new branch in West Jordan and even though it is newly opened, I had excellent service in a timely manner.

Horrible!! We had fraud in August. They still haven't helped us. Every time we call about it we get told something different. Had fraud in December as well as identity theft when they got hacked. We finally got someone who would talk to us and now she's ghosted us. We haven't been able to talk to anyone since before Christmas! The individual branches say they can't do anything and you have to call corporate. Corporate doesn't return phone calls. We asked for a hold to be placed on our account and for overdraft protection to be put on. Somehow, miraculously, we got a paper statement in the mail yesterday. We've been asking for a paper statement for forever. Our account is somehow over $400 in the negative. But when we asked for the hold on the account and the overdraft protection, our account was not in the negative and there were no pending charges. We haven't had access to our account since December. The branches have told us they can't print out statements or even show us our account. I would not do business with them if they were the only option available! I don't understand how such a corrupt business is still in business! I'm wondering if it's their employees who have stolen from us.

I went into this bank to file a dispute. I was told the money will be put back into my account within 48 hours. The lady I talked to assured me that she would keep on it and make sure this happened. When I called the bank back, no one knew anything and now I have no way of eating this month. Mountain America used to have my back and now they don't. I am changing banks.

I love this bank whenever Martha is there she is so kind to me. I love talking to her she always makes me feel welcome. I went to get advice to get a loan for a car she gave me the details to work towards. This specific bank is the only bank I really enjoy going to because of her.
