Walked in to grab a water bottle, could not see a cashier. I heard a clicking sound and saw the cashier clipping their nails at the customer counter. Very gross and weird. Never coming here again

Again, there is no cashier at the west Jordan site between 8 - 830pm. When she did appear out of the bathroom, 20 minutes later, I asked her why she couldn't put bathroom duties aside for the 15 minutes so she could help 6 customers waiting! Then the cashiers friend told me, if i didn't want to wait 25 minutes to get smokes, I should go to another store. (Which I had to do the night before as there was no cashier at Murphys) The friend continued to go back and forth because she didn't think I could hear her say that, but yes, I certainly did! The friend continued into the store with us, still yelling at me, because I became deaf for a moment? I heard it very loud and clear! Then she stood right behind me just to get in my space, and i asked the friend to step back! The cashier then said she's a customer, too? So that gives her the right to get in my space after a confrontation? She was just trying to egg it on.
I have been going to this Murphys since it opened. Most of the cashiers know exactly what I get every time! They are the nicest people. So, is this a convenience store? The friend told me I have no idea what her friend goes thru working there. Well then, don't work there! And why is the friend telling me off? I did confront the cashier for answers, but not the friend.
The disrespect, time consuming, encounter really wasn't necessary, I'm so shocked at people these days.

Your pumps refuse to accept tap to pay and when I walked in the inside the kid saw me walking towards the registrator and ducked in the back room. I will take my business elsewhere.

I work late days and almost everytime i go in after work evan at 9:50pm you are closed why put it to 10pm if your not staying open till then if your gunna close earlier change your times or dont lock the doors till the time posted

Gas prices are usually cheapest in town on top of the amazing customer service. Had a brown hair cashier recommend the B2G1 for the big redbulls instead of the 2 for 5 small ones. I only had $7 bucks, I'm a college student working full time so I'm broke and always needing caffeine ? thank you so much for covering the rest past $7! You guys rock :)

I usually love the lower prices here but tonight an employee was smoking outside on the east side of the building about 15 feet from gas pumps and the entrance to the shop. County health says that smoking should be 25' away from any entrance of a building where smoking is prohibited. I stopped filling up my tank smelling a combination of gas fumes and the employee's cigarette.

I came to pay for my stuff and gas. The cashier was short with me and seemed like she was annoyed and in a bad mood. She didn't ask if I had a rewards phone number and seemed like I was taking too long to pull my debit card out. I love the other Murphy gas stations/cashiers. But terrible customer service makes for a poor experience.

I purchased 57 dollars of gasoline I had to use the bathroom very badly I went in and asked if I can use the bathroom and the lady at the counter told me it was closed and the store was closing at 10 it was 930 I am upset because I couldn't make it home before I peed my pants

I came up here earlier today and the two lady’s that are working ( I believe one of the names was Deborah ) we’re very rude and unprofessional.. I was so shocked by both ladies lack of customer service. It makes me upset to what this world has come to. I politely didn’t say anything or buy anything, I just left. As I was leaving one of the ladies that wasn’t at the register said something very rude to me. Again I just left. I hope you guys will get them under control or talk to them about customer service. I also waited 20 minutes just to get seen. Shake my head

I usually stop at the Riverton store but went shopping in Jordan Landing so decided to stop at that store. And I’m so glad I did! The manager was there and she was so nice! The customer service and friendly management definitely gives the Riverton store a run for their money! I will be making the further drive from now on.

Apparently the pumps don’t work after 8 pm on Sundays…. It would be nice if the pump had some sort of sign. I’ve come around 10 pm on weeknights and been able to get gas. Way to waste my time Murphey Express

someone inside used my debit pin # to get food it wasn't me because I was doing inventory for Costco at the time. This gas station is just down the street from me. Watch your accounts there is a thief among the employees!
