Nice cute and spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Very clean. We didn't know that we had to ask for housekeeping service to get our room organized. We didn't know whether it was an extra charge or got asked at the front desk if we needed one. 🤔

If you like unhelpful and rude staff who don’t know anything about the hotel or how to do your job, this is the perfect hotel for you. When we first walked up to the hotel the only staff member (Kim) was outside smoking a cigarette with her friends and took several minutes to get inside to help us check in. We then had some complications with our room which we would not be able to check in and would require a refund which Kim then responded by saying she couldn’t do anything for us and didn’t know the number or email of someone who could help us find a solution and also didn’t help us figure out how to get the number of the people who could help us. Then after that she walked away and continued to hang out with her friends in the lobby. Bs service and still haven’t been able to get a refund

Watch out! The police falsely arrest people waking guests up in the middle of the night. Seeing the police departments own body cams shows how they lied in their reports.

My husband and I are pretty nomadic for part of the year due to his work. I'm a stay at home writer so I'm usually at the hotel a lot during the day. We stayed for a month (maybe a little over), and I felt extremely safe, welcomed, valued, and cared for. If I needed anything, they were attentive and helpful.
Because of our experience here, we ended up staying with another MyPlace in Reno, NV for his next job (was also an amazing stay). Overall, a great hotel with wonderful humans!

Though the room had a stove, a microwave, & a full-size fridge, we were amazed that there was nothing to cook with and no plates, bowls, silverware, etc. They did have some of this for sale...the staff was helpful and loaned us a tiny frying pan and a few other things. We like to cook our own food. That's why I chose this hotel. I won't go back.

Made a mistake with my reservation and the front desk went above and beyond to help me. I've used My Place many times before and will continue to use them.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. But there were a few problems, the bathroom is very echoing, there was no separate light switches either so the single switch turns on both the light and fan. There is also only 1 light switch by the front door that brightens up the whole room which is annoying because there should be multi light switches to turn off and on parts of the room. When I would walk by the front desk there would always be no staff available. They didn’t have any free breakfast available either.

Ẁe have multiple stays during the year due to medical care in SLC. Our stays have all been outstanding and the service provided to us is above and beyond any other hotel we have stayed at.Rooms: Rooms are very nice with kitchenette. The internet has always been great which is important to me. Also the television programming is adequate to keep me entertained during my stay.Noteworthy details: I have a support dog that aids in my calling with my medical conditions. The staff treats he like she is family and she always is treated like she is special (which she is) by the staff.

For a cheaper extended stay with a very late notice reservation I fi d this place worthy of a second stay and recommend this to anyone looking to book a nights stay in the West Jordan area , it's tucked back in there a little ways and you won't see it from the main roads in Jordan commons. Made for a quite stay , good view of airport #2Nearby activities: Jordan commons is a short ways away

Beware of staying here. Staff will assist the corrupt police department in unlawfully arresting people while they are asleep in the rooms. Look up the lawsuit against the "West Jordan police department arresting a lady sleeping in this hotel." The hotel staff were assisting the police department instead of looking out for the innocent paying guest that was sleeping in her room at 3am. I would think first about staying here with the corruption and incompetent staff that are working here at night.Safety: Innocent people will be arrested here while sleeping with the help by the hotel staff

Horrible customer serviceAndrea lied multiple times and told her staff to tell me she wasn't in so that I couldn't cancel my reservation. Claimed she couldn't book out the room even though I cancelled a couple hours of booking it at 3:30 pm. I booked on expedia. I called and said wanted adjoining rooms, for my kiddos. They said they didn't have them. She then lied later and said that she had given me adjoining rooms and said she was standing right there when the booking was made even though her staff said she wasn't there. The staff told me to call back at certain times and days every time I called they said she wasn't there. Gave me the runaround having me call expedia multiple times and Myplace multiple times. When I finally talked to her after 3 days of being told to call back she said she wouldn't refund my money. She said she had been there even though her staff said she wasn't. They ripped me off and charged me almost 300 dollars even though I never stayed there and gave plenty of notice for cancellation.

This is, hands down, the best hotel my wife and I have has the pleasure of staying in. Staff was friendly, room had everything we needed and more. Value exceed what we paid by quite a large margin.
Like literally every hotel that we've ever stayed in, the toilet paper was woefully inadequate, but that's an industry thing and not intended to be a slight for this hotel, so just bring a roll of what you're used to.
