Used to buy my shoes at Ross now when I go to Nike outlet store is better they have the shoes on sale on the wall always get a couple pairs

Today I went to the Nike store in West Jordan because I wanted to purchase a specific type of backpack. I asked for three items, but the manager only allowed me to buy one. I mentioned that the Nike app showed there was more inventory available, but she still said she could only sell me one and did not provide a reason.
Later, I contacted Nike customer service to verify if the item was in stock, and they confirmed that it was. However, at the store, I was still only given one. After speaking with the customer service agent, I realized it seemed like the store did not want to sell me the products.
I have a slight accent and I am of Hispanic descent, which makes me concerned that this could have been the reason for how I was treated. This situation could be considered racial profiling. I have already reported the issue to Nike, including the manager I spoke with, because this type of treatment should not be happening

Nate was my cashier at the jordan landing location and he went above and beyond! He’s polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He helped me with the rewards app and also loom up prices to make sure I got the best deals. Also everyone in the store was so nice and friendly and the place is clean and organized.
Definitely recommend shopping here

I interacted with one employee in shoes who found what I was looking for, another employee on the floor who helped me with pricing and lastly one at checkout who was extremely personable. And very happy with prices. Will be back for Christmas shopping.

We had an amazing experience at this store! My daughter wanted a certain pair of shoes... we went to several other shoe outlets and could not find the shoe in jer size. Xocgitl was very helpful! She approached us as soon as we walked in asking if she could help us. We told her what we were looking for and she found the shoes right away! She even helped us sign up for membership rewards so we could get 15% off! Xocgitl rocks
