Be aware you won't find the newest, top of the line Nikes there. Just the older versions in a few different colors. That being said, the prices are quite good.

I started playing a lot of basketball recently and quickly discovered that my old shoes are not up to par. We wanted to find an "outlet" location but came here due to its proximity. Lo and behold, it turns out this is an outlet location thus most if not all the prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Jacob was the employee that helped us and he was very friendly and helped me find a shoe that looks like it's going to work out very well. If it doesn't though, it turns out they have a 60 day "trial" where you can return the shoes in ANY condition within that time period. Pretty cool. So even if I need to exchange the shoes I can.

I've been coming to this factory store for the past three years and never had a problem with the return until today. I do most of my Nike shopping online and sizing can be complicated when buying new product. I brought in a pair of shoes that are still brand new in the box (never worn or washed), and asked for a gift card to make everything easy. The manager saw that it was over 60 days, didn't even look at the shoes, and denied any type of refund.After leaving the store, I contacted customer service about the incident and they took great care of me. I asked about the policy and was told I was still in the window for a store return. Today was a horrible experience for me and I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed in a "manager" who doesn't seem to know her own policy.

Staff is not friendly and helpful. Barely greet and act like returns are the biggest inconvenience in the world. Would love if the staff got trained a little better so this store could be better.

They have been a nightmare to work with. 0 Customer Service. Call Nike Support and they tell you to go into a Nike location. Then go into a Nike store and they tell you to contact support. Highly recommend any other brand besides Nike. This is an absolute joke.

This is in reference to customer service. Not the product. The manager is an idiot- doesn't approve refunds after 60 days- even on a gift card- they refused. Messaged Nike and they informed me that each store can use it to their discretion- meaning that returns can hurt their score's overall. Looked at the manager and explained it- he kept his mouth shut and walked away. Went to the Nike Collective in Riverton and they took care of me there. Management at this locations are a bunch of morons- West Jordan. None of the staff seemed happy there. Lack of leadership obviously. Don't be back to that location.

Inside the stores kind of messy... And we had we had Mexican pizza, kinda tasted stale. Two star because I understand they can't find good workers anymore.

I experienced the worst customer service and help from the staff. They had merchandise marked down and when I asked why some were marked down and not others (same style-same color, different size) I was reassured they would ring up the same (lowered discount price). The line was very long w/ only a few cashiers on a Monday evening. At the register all of my tagged mark downs were ringing up full price and some at discount. I explained where and tagged items marked downs. They even call floor manager to just tell me the tags were wrong and now items were full price. As you can imagine I'm pissed that I wasted time looking, waiting in line, as a consumer why wouldn't this stuff be tagged right ?! I HATE this location. I won't be back. This service and poorly managed store is a disappointment.

My husband wears a size 14 and is hard to find shoes for. We found 2 pair for him and 2 pair for me! I found a pair in the refinished section. I really appreciate the option to buy something that might otherwise be thrown away. We were also asked if we wanted the shoes bagged, which I did not. Thanks Nike for helping our planet!

I always love coming here and seeing what they have in stocks. The staff is always friendly and helpful when you need help finding a shoe in your size or have questions about when new shipments will be coming in.

Lots of options available at good prices. Store clean and friendly staff. It is mostly crowded and might need a little extra time to select, try on and complete checkout.

I have a very very picky teenager and couldn't find something she liked. I wax about yo give up but an awesome employee jumped in and saves the day! Such awesome help I really appreciate it.
