“I needed a refill so that I could print out my tax returns. I was surprised that the cartridge was refilled while I waited (less than 5 minutes). The next day when I need to print some important papers that contained colors, I realized that my tri-color cartridge needed to be refilled. When the cartridge was analyzed at the store, I was told there was a problem with the blue color and that a further analysis was needed. I was given another tri-color cartridge (no charge). Unfortunately, there was a problem with that cartridge (something about a HP protection resulting in the printer refusing to print). Upon return to the store I was told that was a rare occurrence and that is why the customer's original cartridge is always attempted to be refilled. I was given another tri-color cartridge (no charge, and a credit for my troubles). End result- I have a full functional printer, thanks to fine personnel at this location.”

When it started squeaking, I took it in today to have them grease it up. They were incredibly accommodating with my strict schedule and were able to do the job on the spot for free. “Great selections for Twsbis! And also plenty diamine and Ferris wheel press. Love the paper selection too! Roadia and Clairefontaine at a super competitive price. Probably gonna just come here for papers in the future. Kent was super patient despite we came in 30min before closing… he even gave me tips (which totally worked) to clean my safari that I didn’t even buy from him. We were not planning on ever getting a twsbi since neither hubby nor I liked “plastic” pen. When we were trying out some inks, Kent let me try his that happened to be inked with the same one. I was totally sold! I would always prefer going in than shopping online since other wise you might miss out on something great!! Great place! And you can tell Kent is as passionate as knowledgeable.”

I learned about Technotronics first when they were referred to me by a printer company to have a printer I had, that quit working while under warranty, worked on.Then I went to work for a banking company and they were actually using Gilbert and Technotronics for some of their printers. He’s been great to work with, if you guys ever need a guy that can take care of your printers, has a lot of knowledge, and gets the job done quickly, and is very helpful with purchasing ink as well. Then Technotronics is the place to go for business and home office machines. Gilbert is my go to guy for all my printer repairs.”

“Will was my hero today. I managed to get my toner cartridge jammed into my printer so badly I seriously thought I was going to have to buy a new laser jet. It's amazing how easy someone who really knows what they're doing can make something look. He managed to remove the cartridge, showed me how to remove the drum, then reinserted the cartridge correctly and carried my printer out to my car, all at no charge. BTW, they have relocated to 3349 S. Main Street. If you need a printer or copier serviced, especially the big high-volume ones, Will is your man.”
“I walked in today after a horrible experience at another store and they were so nice and polite. When I went to print my paper they let me know ahead of time that the card reader wasn't working but that I could still use that machine. They also listened to my previous horrible experience I had and wanted details to try and make my visit the best. I will be switching to this one for all my needs from now on.”
