Extremely knowledgeable, Very kind, Very helpful.
He was able to take the time (And I was happy to give it to him) to explain the different types of batteries, he was able to test my current RV battery and show me why I needed to replace my battery. He then (with a bit of my help) installed the new battery in my RV.
He could have oversold me but because of his explanations and advice I was able to get an excellent battery and not pay as much as I thought I was going to.
I absolutely recommend his store (He owns two).”

“I first talked with Randy December 2025 to renew my dad's old vintage 1970's Sony turntable. It was completely seized up and no longer functioning. Randy worked his magic and at pickup it was smooth as butter and functioned amazingly.
I also took in my dad's vintage receiver from back in the day and he went over it all with me, very knowledgeable and thorough troubleshooting certain things.
Randy is very honest, candid and straight forward with what he recommends you can/should do on whatever electronics you need help with restoring or fixing. He is proactive as well with what I was looking for.

“Lets talk about this store and their team. Backstory im a 7 year customer of pclaptops. My household has bought 5 computer from pclaptops 3 towers 2 laptops. We still have them and they are still amazing. We have had repairs upgrades and more through pclaptops even down to repairs on cell phones when they offered it. Through out the years we have had our ups and downs like with all companies but Baron and his faithful team that I've know for years has never let me down. Barons team used to be at the Murray store but moved to the Sandy location. The other stores are good but if you want the best come to Sandy location. There is no other team i trust more with my computers. The whole team is highly knowledgeable and supportive. They have no problem making sure your devices is just right or taking the time to break down about your devices or answer questions. The care they put into their customers is rare to find these days. My upgrades, repairs, tune ups and more are done within 3 to 4 days sometimes faster depending on their workload. They dont just do it quickly they do it right. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. My old pc company would take a week or longer for a tune up with a blow out. The Sandy team are there to run a business but they value their customers and loyal to them.

“Gilbert at Technotronics is amazing and very quick with his work. I learned about Technotronics first when they were referred to me by a printer company to have a printer I had, that quit working while under warranty, worked on.Then I went to work for a banking company and they were actually using Gilbert and Technotronics for some of their printers. He’s been great to work with, if you guys ever need a guy that can take care of your printers, has a lot of knowledge, and gets the job done quickly, and is very helpful with purchasing ink as well. Then Technotronics is the place to go for business and home office machines. Gilbert is my go to guy for all my printer repairs.”

Yes, Lori Swapp (BattleSwapp Designs), they are a repair shop for print finishing, not machines. Boo on you for making a poor review because they couldn't fix your printer even though they aren't a printing repair service. Knowing them, they would have steered you in the right direction for service. Again, ignore Lori Swapp (BattleSwapp Designs), she is sour she had to call around for service on a machine she should probably have a service contract on anyways.... but probably couldn't use due to a past balance.
They have helped us with our cutters, joggers, Duplo machines, laminators and many other odds and ends. They service our machines in a timely manner and keep our machines running efferently. Eliot is out main technician. He has always responded in a timely and efficient manner. He has suggest solutions that could help us. He has also helped me price out countless cutters and finishers for our companies many locations.
So in short, if you have a printer that needs to be repaired, do not call them and get upset if they cannot help you. If you have any finishing or printing accessories you need assistance with, please call them. They are amazing to make sure you can meet your customers needs.”

Alyssa was willing to stay late and try another screen for me. Turns out my motherboard is just failing. But I was really grateful that she was willing to stay late to try and correct the problem for me.”
