“Just went in for prescription and stopped at food court. The sams club app has been updated. The update is confusing and not as straight forward as the earlier version and I could not navigate the app. It was difficult and kept taking me to areas I did not want or need. It took me about ten minutes to find the food court section and by that time I was at the counter and just finished with the order.”

“My family and I have been coming to this pharmacy since I was born; I’ve been to many pharmacies outside of Sam’s (not by choice) and I can confidently say, CVS, Walgreens, etc… PALE in comparison to Sam’s and their staff. No other pharmacy technicians have been as patient, helpful, and “on my side” for lack of a better way of putting it.
Dealing with insurance is the bane of my (and probably many others) existence, Sam’s Club’s pharmacy staff always has the patients interest first, and have always done what is within their power to help me save money and get my meds in a timely manner. I pray I never have to deal with any other pharmacy outside of these guys.
Healthcare is UNNECESSARILY stressful, but the pharmacy techs at this Sam’s Club, they always put my mind at ease, so thank you!”
“The staff is polite and knowledgeable. They under promised and over delivered the timing ane cost for my meds. They are also hundreds of dollars less than Walgreens for my prescription cost.”
“If your card is not working at the cashier, don't listen about the time limits. Go click the pump to send transaction through, then rerun the card. If you don't it places a 5-10 day hold on your card 25-150 dollars. Just some advice I learned the hard way.”

“I was there today at around 1:30, which is important because there were two ladies who were so incredibly helpful and kind, but one of them had hair on their name tag and I couldn’t get her name. Anyways, Robin and that lady were both awesome. Robin went above and beyond to help us on two separate occasions - myself and my partner on separate days, which means she’s just always that kind and willing to do the steps to assist people. We were having some issues with a prescription for my cat and they were both able to help us get it squared away multiple times now. Should be par for the course going forward with ease of the prescription pickup now that it’s sorted, but I think they both deserve a shout out. Thank you guys!”

“Pharmacy and staff are great - rarely out of prescriptions/meds, too. ? The only problem with this pharmacy is that when calling it, you can only reach someone about 1/2 the time. It's either a hit (someone picks up the phone) or a BIG miss (the phone just rings and rings nonstop for literally as long as you'll let it ring). ?”

“So right off I'd hafta say that the only issue I've had in the last 4 & half yrs of using any CVS store is that sometimes it's frustrating AF that I hafta go to a diff location to get a single script filled. It doesn't happen all the time so that's a plus & staff tends to be as helpful as possible whenever it has happened. At store #10370 the pharm staff is exceptional. The associates workin on 7/25/24 day shift (I apologize, I'm awful with names) were so helpful & it felt like they went a lil above & beyond which made me feel like a VALUED customer. Joya, I believe that's her name, was patient, kind, & personable as was Jordan, I think that's his name, & we're actually able to refill a prescription that I'd been tryin to figure out & waiting on for months! Relief! Anyhow, outta the 4 diff stores I've utilized, this store in W. Jordan, UT & the store downtown SLC, UT on 1110 S 300 W inside Target are the best! The 2 people I mentioned above along with Gerado(apologize for the spelling if it's wrong) & Jerelyn are the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE providers that I've had the pleasure if meeting in yrs. I've had positive experiences with almost every pharmacy emp since the day I started using CVS. My experiences with the store staff is markedly different on a daily, not always bad, but it's almost always a POSITIVE exp with pharmacy staff. The only reason I gave 4 outta 5 stars was bcuz of how I was treated at the CVS on 4082 S Redwood. I can understand wanting to close the pharmacy on time, but sometimes customers just can't move that fast & if they're tryin to wave to get ur attention as ur pulling the grates down 5 MINS EARLY(no exaggeration) & have already been waiting ALLLLL day for their script, maybe don't look ur customer in the eye as u continue to close the grates? It almost felt like I was bein dared to make a scene, smh. I actively avoid that store tbh, but it's so far the ONLY store I have any kinda negative feedback. The poor kids on shift for store staff had no idea wat to do with me! Well thanks to whomever reads this "book" & I hope my feedback can help make pharmacy choices for someone. Real talk? Downtown SLC inside Target & 7777 S Redwood are 5 stars for me! Thanks CVS!”

“Nick’s the best pharmacist! He’s patient even when he’s got a line of people, answering my questions on the phone, and helping people with their medications. They’re also so quick to call me when I send messages through the app. The rest of the staff is also great, and I’ve gotten to know them a little over time. I wish I could show my appreciation to them more but I don’t think they’d appreciate me bringing baked goods! They are often out of stock on things but I figure that’s just regular pharmacy problems.”

“I went there because both Walgreens in North Ogden had their pharmacies closed and this was the only one open within a 50 mile radius that was open that day and still close by to where I needed to go that day (Church). It was scary on the cover to go there as there was a bunch of 1 star ratings, but I told my doctor to transfer my Rx there. I was plesantly surpirsed! The Rx Tech that day (Floyd) was there since 2022, confirmed to me that my rx was in stock and said he would have it filled in 20 minutes. The main reason I went there was because of church, so I told him I would come by after church which I did. My rx was there as promised, insurance covered it and I paid only $5.62. Based on my experience there, I will go there again if I need to. They did cut their rx hours and are no longer open 24/7 for rx. I recommend contacting them by phone to reconfirm the hours as not only Walgreen s but CVS, etc, has cut back hours of rx availaibility lately. Awarding 5 stars because they bailed me out in time of need and filled an antibotic rx given my situation.”
