My insurance rate went up several times, I was told it was due to my location. I just received what was going to be my new rate of $287 a month. I immediately called All State as they had left a voice mail a week prior offering me a quote. With all the same info Platinum had of me All State offered me a quote of $113. Needless to say I jumped on that. So happy for the people who have had a great experience with them though.

I had them for a long time, had a great agent but then she left the company, after that happened everything was very messy, they changed the provider multiple time (state auto, farmers/met life) & told me that I was still covered through my mortgage payments, yet I was getting numerous cancellation notices from 3 different companies. I called for help and then they told me my mortgage payments were not happening(even though previously they said otherwise)They were very hard to work with. Very confusing, not Patient with my questions/concerns.I canceled my business with them. Go else where!

Had a great experience with Hayden McKee. He was quick, accurate, and professional. I have always had a negative perception of insurance agents, but I’ve discovered that I have just misunderstood their role/purpose. Hayden presented my options clearly and in a way that required hardly any effort on my part. Hayden has helped to save us nearly $600 annually.
