At first, I didn’t have the best experience due to a miscommunication, but the owner personally reached out to make things right, which I really appreciated. He had me bring my car back in, and when I returned, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received.
The team addressed all of my concerns thoroughly, ensured the work met a high standard, and made sure I was completely satisfied before completing the service. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out.

The crew did exactly what I requested. I brought in a 2006 charger RT with a brand new stroked 5.7 and new transmission. Had them fire it up and dyno tune, runs great. I was hoping that during the tune adding the info for the upgraded transmission would carry over and my odometer would illuminate, but the computer isn’t seeing the info from the transmission. I wish it would have been brought to my attention. They installed an AFR system with a pillar pod for the gauge, did an excellent install. I will be going back for future needs.

Recently took my car in for AC repair and evaluation of suspected engine damage. As it turned out yes, I had hurt it. They took great care of my car and have it back to 100%. The only shop I use and recommend to everyone.

This shop is top notch with stand up guys. I’ve had a check engine light appear so I took my car to the Ford dealership to diagnose. The rep said my head gasket was blown and quoted me $3,500. I worked as a mechanic in a performance shop once upon a time, and I didn’t see any symptoms correlating to a head gasket. No white smoke, no oil contamination, etc… I wanted a second opinion so I came to Premier.
They ran diagnostics and tests and said my head gasket was just fine. They found a bad sensor causing electrical issues with other sensors, and replaced the affected electronics. Everything was a couple hundred bucks. I told them about the head gasket before hand and would have accepted a replacement if they quoted me and sign off on any repairs. I can’t show my gratitude and appreciation for their honesty enough. The quality of work was professional as well.
It’s been 2,000 miles later and my car is running great. I’ve been checking my engine before every drive with no issues, normal fluids, normal performance, and no check engine lights.
I found a reputable shop for family and friends.

This shop is legit! I asked around before choosing Premier to tune my LS's, and most of the fast cars in my "neighborhood" were tuned by Heath at Premier. After meeting Heath and Brock, I won't go anywhere else! This is a true local Speed Shop, and I'm proud to have them play with my toys!
