The touchscreen is old & sporadic. If you know this going-into it, it's less stressful. Just touch carefully and you'll get it. I hope Redbook will update it soon.

We use Redbox a ton! Haven't had too many issues. When we have, customer service has resolved the issue quickly. I use the app. It's simple to use. What I really like is the option to reserve online! No more standing there in the cold looking for good flicks. Movie selection could be better but just my taste. Being able to watch trailers & see peoples reviews has saved me time & money. These last few years, I've found a bunch of "pay it forward" where the last renter left $5 in the case to pay for movies, get drinks & popcorn or whatever. One change to help me out...being notified if my favorite location is full & can't accept any more returns. But that's just because I am a last minute Lucy & been many times I'm running last minute to "my box" to find out it's full & have to find another location to return. So because it's 8:57pm I get charged another day for being a super procrastinator! LOL.... In a perfect world!

I've had good experiences with this Redbox. It has a good location outside the Maverick gas station and close to neighborhoods and shopping centers. The selection is typical of other Redbox locations.
