I love Sam's Club But the electric motor chairs are at the exit door now instead of entrance.. Which does not make sense being disabled an walking with a cane its hard for me as I'm sure many others..also it says 100% full but runs out after 10 minutes of shopping so there you set!!! not being able to move...Although a couple.employees helped both myself and my daughter as her went dead too..I am suggesting please move the electric chairs to the entrance for the senior citizens and disabled... This would be a excellent consideration I am sure many will appreciate also..Thank you,,,.A loyal shopper.

Do not trust the phone salespeople in this store. Their pricing is way off base of what actual AT&T service prices are and they do not even care. We got our first bill ($200 over what they said it would be) and went to the AT&T location nearby and spoke to one of the managers there. He told us that they have tried speaking with the same club kiosks manager, and have been laughed off each time. They said that they even spoke with the general manager of the sams club and that nothing has been done. They have apparently seen HUNDREDS of these cases over the past few years and no one has cared to fix anything whenever they have reached out.

At the kiosk in sam's club I was offered an amazing deal on my phone service if I switched to AT&T. I set it up and the first bill was not at all what was promised. When I complained to them they told me they could not help me and I would have to talk to AT&T directly. The actual AT&T store set told me they have never heard of a price that good and I was lied to by these people. Ruined my week and wasted my time plusmade me change service by lying to my face

You try and call the store and some call center where English as a 2nd language answers. The only reason we called is because the milk racks were depleted and we didn't feel comfortable walking into the cooler area ourselves to do someone else's job... sigh

My husband is handicapped from a stroke, but we do fine with our groceries usually, but 2 times this year we have bought 10 bags each time of garden soil after we asked if we could get help putting it in our van. Both times we waited and no one showed up tight outside the door on handicap parking. Each time I loaded them all up and still no one showed up. Im no spring chicken anymore so I think we'll just buy gardening supplies at Home Depot

Normally I am pleased. Not tonight.We finished our shopping and checked out. We joined the line for the cafe at the front of the store at 6:48. The workers saw the line growing and allowed many people to stand in line. At 7:00, they flipped the lights off and loudly announced, "We're out of food!"I feel this is not a professional way to manage a line, and especially at a place that considers us club members.My children were saddened that they did not get the treat we planned and suggested that I give a -5 star rating.

Long pump lines but a good price. Poor cashier staffing, they seem to want to force everyone to use self checkout but it doesnt accept cash. Was in line for 15+ minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Costco gets through 10+people in the same amount of time. Poorly organized just as walmart is. Noone here seems to care.

I have shopped this store for so many years and I've never had such horrible treatment ever!! I have always just checked myself out to save time but this week I needed help because I had so many bulk items and I'm older and they were heavy. The cashier saw how much I had and rolled her eyes in disgust. She would not help with 1 item in my cart and seemed so angry that it took me too long to lift all the items onto the belt. I was so upset I wanted to cry but just did it anyway. Then she wouldn't load 1 item into my cart and looked so impatient. I had people lining up behind me so I was trying to hurry but my back was killing me. Because I was hurrying the items weren't placed as well as they could have been and when I got to the parking lot they started falling onto the asphalt. Kind people were trying to help me but the tears started rolling down my face. When I finally got my food loaded into my car I called to talk to the manager and he seemed mad because I asked to only speak to a manager and it took a long while for him to get to the phone. He simply said "I'll talk to her!" And hung up! I'm done with sams club. I spent over $40,000 there last year alone. No one should be treated like this. Ever. Costco has a Jew permanent costumer!
