I've used this pharmacy a long time. 3pm today the new female at the desk was pretty standoffish. Maybe she's having a bad day but it made me not even want to come back. The gentleman was very nice though I spoke to both of them.

We have been coming to this pharmacy for the past 3 years. They were fantastic when we first started getting our monthly scripts here. The pharmacist and staff were super nice and friendly, we loved how we felt each month when we got our scripts filled. They have been the worst to work with in the past 6 months. The medications we fill require us to speak with a staff member to get them filled, they always are put out and rude on the phone when we speak to someone. They haven't had enough of the medication to fill the entire script at time, which then requires us to get an entirely new script from out doc. After verifying with our doc that the new script was sent, the staff claims there isn't one on file. They do not stay open during the posted business hours. They turned off the light and started closing down 15 minutes before their posted closing time when we were picking up our medication yesterday. We will no longer be using this pharmacy.

The pharmacy is just fine.When I renew my scripts every month.They roll them all together and tell me when they'll be ready.The rest of the stores employees are family cuz I've known them all from shopping there so long and because they've worked there for so long.That makes the difference of feeling at home and comfortable with your surroundings!A++

If I could give this PHARMACY 0 stars, I would. I have nothing but issues whenever I come here, it isn’t once or twice, it is without a doubt EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE. SEND your prescriptions anywhere else and shop literally anywhere else and avoid the headache and unprofessional pharmacists.

Between my mother-in-law, myself and my husband we’ve been going to this smith’s pharmacy for 10+ years. It’s super convenient that it’s just down the street and we get our groceries here. But after the pharmacists we’ve been seeing for years was FORCED to retire everything just been going downhill.Multiple times when we’ve asked to use the discount we normally use, they’ve been so rude about. The medication I use with their Kroger’s savings brings down one of my medications from $75 to $35. We’ve already paid $75 one time because they inform us that they no longer accept Good Rx. But failed to inform us It was replaced by something else that was just the same.My card declined (because normally both my meds were under $50 after the discount but again they refuse to let use the discount) and my husband called me to transfer more money and the pharmacists loudly told my husband how he’s holding up the line. But he was actually standing there alone for 15 mins and no one was there to help. Literally by the time she said that I already transferred more money because I got the notification from our bank but my husband was so embarrassed and angry he just left.This time today, the line was long and it was almost their lunch time. By the time my husband was his turn it was 1:02. Instead of telling him while he was in line they “helped him” but made sure he was an inconvenience. It would have been fine if they told him while in his line but every interaction has been so rude.We’re done dealing with these pharmacists. They are unprofessional and zero compassion. It’s already hard enough for us to afford these medications.To have every single interaction with them be so unpleasant and anxiety inducing (it’s literally a task we now hate to do because we anticipate that they might be rude) we rather drive further down the street to Walgreens.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I Purchased a cheap $21.00 iPhone charger I had my receipt with me and for the second time just like last the charger broke as soon as you turned the cord or as soon as the cord been a certain way very first time the cord broke so I went to go return the cord for a second time and again I did have my receipt with me and associate by the name of Nancy had a very nasty attitude very rude because I was returning my charger she then proceeded to tell me why am I bringing the charger up there again to return it mind you this is the second time well done because the charger broke ma'am she was so rude snatched my receipt snatch the cord for me yelled at my child with a cord that I was going to replace it with we're gonna go sit back on the shelf since she was being rude I stated ma'am there Is no need to be rude it's not my fault that your chargers are breaking the minute it begins barely in so instead of returning it in exchange I just asked for a refund so she yelled and said pull out the card you made the purchase with. I ended up getting a refund but at the end of the day her attitude was very nasty and I am a frequent shopper I have never been rude to her I've always been respectful she works at the money center or cash center which ever is card I don't know who's that stick up her azzhole tonight but it wasn't stuck far enough.... Her name is Nancy she is an older lad with a short bob cut.

So I went shopping the other day I got a terriyaki chicken bowl and. Got food poisoning if your deciding to get food here I recommend the sushi but the sushi is spicy like everything some people cant have spicy food such is people how have Irritable bowel syndrome. So please make more suchi but not spicy.

I have had several problems with this pharmacy. I am a prescriber and call to leave new medications on their phone line only to find that they haven't even listened to the message 2 days later. This has happened twice. When I asked them about it they said it was better to talk directly to the pharmacist to call in a new prescription. So I tried doing that, but both times I was on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for a pharmacist. The lines are are almost always four or five people long and it's a long wait to pick up your medication. It seems like they're usually understaffed. This doesn't seem to be just a covid thing either this has been going on for several years.

If I could rate a "0" I would. The umpteenth time they have blamed the "corporate office" or someone else for their screw up in the pharmacy. NOW, After 15 years, taking my business elsewhere. I've lost my patience now with the entire Kroger company. I see why they only have 2 stars, maybe consider listening to your customers when they give the same poor feedback on the same department.
