By far the worst pharmacy I’ve had the misery of dealing with, undereducated staff make getting your prescriptions difficult, frustrating and out right dangerous. If they can’t get you your prescriptions when they themselves have said they have them ready, then how can someone trust that they put the right pills in the bottle

My wife hax hip replacement surgery weds morning. They decixednthey were keeping her overnight. So thursday she was finally released around 4pm I was working but stopped mid job to get her home and situated. I then went back to work thinking i would finish then get her meds on the way home. Got to the store becore 8 the close door was shut off had to walk all the way around halfway across thenstore i noticed the cage was shut. Who does that during spring and summer hours when people get hurt the most. Ive been telling her for years goto walgreens i think she understands now. The Smiths BRAND as a whole has lost something in the last 5 years. Do think ill be back.

Very rude staff. Husband went in for me to pick up our daughter’s medication about 15 mins before they closed. He said the worker basically threw the medication at him with an attitude and then sarcastically said “oh you want a bag?” They were clearly in a hurry to leave right when they closed at 8 but what we needed was a simple medication. It takes maybe a minute or two to grab it off the shelf. Very disappointing and likely will be switching to a different pharmacy.

They close for lunch at 1pm. I got in line at 12:53pm, pulled up to the window at 12:57pm right as I pulled up they shut the shade. I had a quick pick up and left work early to make it before 1pm. Not cool!

Honestly a very annoying pharmacy. Every time I come I fight with them on running things through my insurance. It is on file and it is so annoying that they don’t do it unless asked, and only will do their stupid discount coupons. It is usually triple the cost with their dumb coupons and every time I ask for them to use my insurance they act so surprised. Donovan is also just very rude, no substance about him and looks like he seems to hate his job. Can’t wait to find a different pharmacy that actually uses my insurance without me begging and maybe someone with some personality when you’re picking up medication.

They're very kind, and compassionate. They always go above and beyond. I love going to the smiths. This one is by far the better Smith's pharmacy than anywhere else.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But the woman who answered the phone today was incredibly rude. She interrupted me in the middle of a sentence, told me they were out of my meds and hung up without further discussion. She seemed put out by the fact I called even though I received a text instructing me to do so.
