This place is awful. I called for 2 days to get 4 prescriptions transferred. They kept losing it. I ran out. Then, they only gave me 29 of 30 and weren't even going to say anything on a prescription and it was expensive. Brandon also was very rude and unkind. Jamie was pretty good actually. But, she can't make up for Brandon. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, even if you have to drive an hour both ways. I am going to do just that.

I went in to buy a case of Coca Cola or Pepsi and the sign said $3.99. I got a case and went to the register and the register said $8.99. I showed this to the assistant and she said that you had to have a coupon. The sign showed this in small print. I dislike this deceptive practices. If I hadn't caught this and had several items I may have paid $5.00 more. I just lost my trust in Smith's. This is one reason I trust Costco! They don't play these games.

Everything is stupidly overpriced and their newer items are never in the system. If they're not in the system that's not my problem someone didn't do their job. Don't treat me like garbage (insert expletive). Self check workers treat you like you're the biggest inconvenience and overcharge you. You "need the smiths app if you're a teacher and want clearly marked sale prices even if you have a Smith's card". I don't understand the need to be narcissistic. In addition, lines are ridiculous. Why have so many registers if you never use them? It's never a good experience. Go anywhere else but here, even if it's close by.

Consistently the most sh!t show at the checkout with lines zig-zagging down isles, and they never have baskets at tge East entrance.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been meaning to get online. Great pharmacy and great customer service. The pharmacist with the gorgeous red hair was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I am grateful for the willingness to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Thank you to the staff, you guys are great

I haven't been there in monthsI read some of their reviews, and they were 1 star. That was not my previous experience until now. They were very short and seemed mad i was there.

Average.Typical grocery store. It doesn't always feel like the safest parking lot because it is NOT well lit. But otherwise it's fine.Hot tip would be go to the fruit/veggie section they have discounted fruits and veggies that still have about 1-2 weeks of life left in them. Great for livestock treats as well!

Go to a different Smiths. This one is a wreck. I went to fill my sons prescription and they told me there was an issue and then two hours later I got a text saying that it was filled. I called to verify that it was filled and the employee on the phone verified that it was and that the problem was resolved and then I come to pick it up today and the problem is indeed not resolved and I can't fill. Wasted time and now my son has to go without for a few days while I fix a probkem I could have days ago if employees had tried a bit harder to give correct information. Very disappointing.

Management is horrible. Not helpful. Not friendly. Store directors make excuses for their horrible management. No wonder they stay hiring. If you are looking for a job this is not the place. The scanning/produce managers are the worst of all. They don't care about their people, they consistently under schedule. Don't pay overtime. And once you put in your two weeks you will be told that you were a burden anyway, and that they never needed you. You'll even get lovely voicemails from managers stating so, with store directors/upper management refusing to believe that one of their supervisors would EVER do such a thing! This is a beautiful store. But the bones are rottenSpend your money at Walmart.

Everytime I go to this Smiths I get overcharged!!!This time I only bought a few things and I was overcharged $3.34. The milk was on sale for$1.29 and they charged me $1.99, the oreis were on sale for $2.85 and they charged me $4.79, I'm so tired of fighting with the nice cashiers it's not their fault. I came here a few weeks ago and yhey overcharged me almost $30 I did go back and got my money back, I won't be shopping here again until they fix their problems!!!!

If I could give it a zero star I would. Their customer service is horrible. 1 person working the counter and real slow. That's the only place to get a refund when the store screws up on what the price should ring up. I was at selfcheck out and caught 2 mistakes. And the girl that fixed the mistake seemed to be real put out that she had to fix it..I missed the milk. It rang up $3.69. Was supposed to be $3.19. I am done shopping at any Smiths stores. I will go farther and know I will get better service...
