Ashton with Specialized Auto Glass repaired a huge spiderweb rock chip in the windshield of our motorhome. I'm very happy with every aspect of my windshield replacement. The craftsmanship, convenience, and communication were all top notch. I didn't shop around but I feel the price was fair also. I highly recommend.

Mark, the guy I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and very easy to help me get the correct services I needed. The tech that came out was Tyler was absolutely fantastic. Dude was awesome. Totally would recommend this to everybody in the Salt Lake area hands-down the best windshield replacement company in Utah. Best prices best customer service, couldn’t ask for any thing else these guys know what they’re doing and will help you get back on the road Tyler is awesome for getting it done super fast as well. Less than 30 minutes and I was able to drive. Also the tech drove out to my apartment and did it right there,didn’t have to travel to their shop. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Outstanding service! This is the only company you need! Phone answered by a person! Discussed what I needed and was treated like a human! They came right over, they were friendly, took care of the crack in my windshield, and at a reasonable price. They do it right, are very professional, and the only glass company that doesn't force you to a website and then after filling in all the information find that the auto bot can't get to you for 6 or more days. Great people and excellent service! Top of the line! Thank you!

We’ve used Specialized Auto Glass a few times now. Each time has been a good experience, but this most recent time especially felt above and beyond. Super grateful for their help, and it feels good to know they are there in the future if needed. (Knock on wood, hopefully no more windshield replacements anytime soon haha.)

Team was very professional, on-time and were kind and speedy with the service. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with insurance, and I’m glad I went with them rather than your local chain! Them coming to you was super convenient, and didn’t require me having to Uber home. The employees are happy and supporting a business with happy employees makes me feel like a better consumer. Highly recommend!

I managed to get three rock chips in one road trip, and within a few hours of calling, Ashton came out and took care of all three in 15 minutes. He was professional, patient and did a great job! I couldn't be more pleased with his work and his patience with my questions. The pricing was more than competitive. I just took a 15 minute break from work and the car was ready to go. I will definitely go back to these guys for my future glass needs. (Let's face it, it's road construction season. I'll need them again!) Don't waste your money at one of those big national companies. These guys are far superior!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I had a windshield placed on October 2023, after they messed up my scheduling multiple times and just didn't show, they came and placed it incorrectly. There was an air leak, they said they would come again, they didn't, then they came and said there was there was an impact crack and they won't touch it but will give me 75.00 off for a completely new windshield. The guy who placed the glass seemed nice but the guy taking calls never took responsibility for his actions when he continued to schedule incorrectly. I now have a cracked windshield that is loud when we drive because the air leak was never fixed. The worst ever!!
