Was in this afternoon buying some snacks. (1:30pm) and as I was checking out, the screen that comes up to put my rewards number, never came up. Without putting my number in, the screen welcomes R*****. I look up and the cashiers name was R*****. When I looked at the points on the screen, there was over 100,000 points. I then told him to let me put my number. He responded with “oh I’m sorry” and went ahead and deleted the profile. As I was putting my number in and continuing to check out, the 2 cashiers start to brag about how they are building their reward points. The other cashier continues to talk about how he had so many points, more than 300,000. This is a new 7 Eleven and I’m sure you wouldn’t want this as your reputation. Staff is using their own number to gain more rewards. Not cool man. Wishing the best for this location.

they don’t let you use passport as ID, half the time they’re out of gas (???) and the employees are either rude or out of control. “owner” is an automated bot apparently

I’ve come in here a few times and they’re rude. Some red head girl with glasses working today was my last straw. She asked if I had a phone number with them, I said oh does 711 work. Her reply “no because we’re still speedway.” With a very rude attitude.

They never have anything, I feel like the manager ain’t ever here either. No drinks no snacks barely any tobacco products. Just an empty store.

Don't give them your buisness. Drive just a little further to a real gas station. MAVERICK. Don't chance that your child has to pee when the door reads ask cashier, for them to yell out BATHROOM is closed. Fine. I am at MAVERICK now. Took my own advice. Gas and a drink, my child did use a restroom. WEIRD, I know. F GRADE TO Speedway...

Poor service, couldn't do even the most basic thing a gas station could do. No cash back, not even a warning so I don't waste my time in such a pathetic store. They didn't even have the ability to give me change for the 20 even if I bought something!! If I could give negative stars I would. By far the worst gas station I've ever been to in my life.

I actually would have got a soda today if I would have had enough cash when I was on my way over to Cinemark where I'm working right now but with their machines down I was kind of a bummer

Apparently if you are Foreigner visiting Utah you cannot buy alcohol at this specific Speedway location and by alcohol I mean 3.6% beer. They do not accept passports, which are recognized by the rest of the country as a form of identification. You can get into the country with the passport, but you cannot buy beer at this Speedway location with it. The "owner" which is just an automated reply on here doesn't do anything to fix these issues. It should be considered discrimination to not take a form of identification just because you do not agree where the form of identification comes from. If the police/Department of homeland security and any airport in the country is allowed to use the passport as a legal form of identification, why isn't a cashier allowed to sell beer to you with that same form of identification? The bathrooms closed when the night shift comes in because they don't want to clean them, the cashier is outside most of the night smoking. So if you are staying at that Hampton Inn down the road do not come and try to purchase alcohol from here if you are here visiting from a foreign country. They will not give you service for beer or cigarettes.
