Will and Jerry were fantastic! The first machine I rented broke a belt after about 30 minutes into my project. Will and Jerry took great care of me and helped swap out the machine quickly for another one.

The absolute worst experience. We made a reservation for them to RESERVE a van for us. Another customer apparently came earlier than our reservation so they cancelled ours to give it to them. They tell us we can still come to the store to rent it, we drive 30 minutes to the store and they’re like sorry there’s another reservation at 2 and the system won’t let me rent it for you. What kind of service is this?! We’ve been loyal customers of Home Depot for years but after seeing how little they care for the customers, we will be switching to Lowe’s. If you’re renting equipment, do yourself a favor and rent from another location.

Ordinarily the repair and rental area are great.This year when I took my lawnmower in for a tune-up it took 42 minutes to get it checked in, and there wasn't a line up. When I went to pick it up they couldn't find a bill.I think that their computer system is atrocious and needs replacing because the people are great to work with.

Poor service. They charge for rental that break down due to their poor maintenance. Never renting from them again!

Double charged for deposit. Rita said they have been having multiple problems with double charging customers and all that could be done is to call my bank and dispute. And this was after being on hold to even talk to someone for over a half hour. What a pain!

Called for to find out their inventory on a trencher was instantly put on hold for over 20 mins. Gave up! Home depot always leaves me disappointed.

Watch out for these blood suckers will charge you a cleaning fee on the rentals whether you clean it or not. Clerks have a really bad attitude about it as well. Andrew is just clueless about most things. Will not rent from this location again.

Alan from the tool rental was very helpful and found a good tiller for my backyard, he even told me to bring it back with a full tank of gas as I got it. Once I brought it back I was told there would be a cleaning fee, I absolutely understand if the machine is dirty, however I was never told this during the rental process or I would have spot cleaned it myself, so instead of taking 10 minutes to clean it if I would have known about the fee, I ended up paying $75 extra which was higher than the rental itself for them to clean it. I felt a bit sad about jt, however when I called Rita at the same department she was super kind and totally understood me, she even refunded my money. Her customer service skills are what everyone should have, I would absolutely recommend this place. Just please read the agreement and know if you bring something back dirty you will be charged.
