I had just returned to my hotel room from speaking at an event to hundreds of people when I first DM’d Mike. Minutes before that, I caught a glimpse of a photo someone had taken with me and I hated what I saw; an un resourced overweight busy sales rep who couldn’t drop the weight despite his efforts. “Time to message this guy” I thought. I had followed Mike’s IG for a couple of years and a part of me knew I would work with him in a professional capacity at some point. I playfully imagined us being friends as well. I mean, why couldn’t the guy that helped me transform my life also be in my social circle? I messaged Mike and asked to come to his office for a consultation. He responded same day, and I booked a slot at his Bluffdale office. Mike and I hit it off like old college buddies and the rest was history. This guy’s process, his demeanor, his coaching…. changed my life. We all have a proud, ornately chiseled Greek statue hiding inside of us. Sadly, most will never see the full potential of their physique, but for the lucky few who get to work with my friend Mike Manfre, it’s a different story. His name should’ve been Michelangelo, because I walked in distressed, and I walked out David. Mike, thank you brother for all that you do. I’ll see you at weigh in next week.

I have been working with Mike for about 6 months and have learned so much about making better food choices. Mike knows his stuff! He is motivating, makes weight loss fun and easier. It’s always exciting to report to him each week. The accountability is huge! I love his workout app and easy meals plans! I highly recommend Mike if you want to tone, tighten bulk up and loose fat!!! He is the best! ??

Mike Manfre is the BEST! I’ve been seeing him for a little over 5 months now. Since then I’m down 34.1 lbs of fat and also gained 8.7 lbs of lean muscle mass! Haven’t felt this good and had this much energy for a long time. My wife can’t keep her hands off me now either. Lol His program is super easy to follow! If you’re debating whether to hire him as a nutrition coach do it! You won’t regret it. Mike makes it sooooo easy! He tells you what to eat, what workouts to do and helps hold you accountable with weekly check ins. Even recommends great movies for date nights!! Best decision I’ve made all year was to hire him as a nutrition coach!

Mike is truly amazing at what he does! As a Physician Assistant who specializes in functional medicine and hormone therapy, many of my patients are looking for an overall approach when it comes to their health which includes diet and exercise. I am NOT an expert in nutrition, but Mike absolutely is. There isn’t anyone I trust more than him. Not only has he helped numerous patients of mine, he also helped my 16 year old son achieve the weight loss he wanted to perform better as a linebacker this football season. I have been working with Mike almost 3 months. I’m down 14 pound's. What I love most is his different meal plans that are doable! When I stick with his plan, I don’t crave sugar and that’s a miracle because I am a sugar addict! Mike gives me so many ideas and suggestions for food. Mike tells me about different health foods that I didn’t even know about. His charts show me where I’m at each week with my goals with muscle and fat. He encourages me and also provides me with workouts. He is a motivator! He loves a healthy body and he lives in a healthy body!!!! I appreciate his attentiveness!!! Thank you Mike!

Mike is top notch! I've been working with him to gain muscle and he has delivered results more than I had expected which is AMAZING. I was actually able to lean up while also putting on muscle mass and I am so thrilled with my physique. The best part... I was never hungry. He taught me how to eat quality food to hit my goals and stay satiated in the process. I couldn't have done it without his guidance. He has always been so motivating, available for support through the entire process, and has some great tips to keep your hitting your goals. 5 stars all the way!

Mike's approach is straightforward and honest but also supportive and encouraging. In 6 months my fat loss has been consistent since the program encompasses forming new habits in a sustainable, long-term way. I recently just finished a 16 week program with Mike, he’s been absolutely awesome to work with. Diet & nutrition was always something I wanted to work on but I found it overwhelming. I have a work schedule that’s pretty unique & he worked with me on that, he built the program specifically around me. If you want to make a change & are willing to put in the effort, Mike is your guy.

My wife and I have been working with Mike for the past 7 months and it has been simply amazing. When I started I was 6'2", 226 and about 27% bodyfat. I've steadily lost body fat each week and am now 180 and 13% bodyfat, a few % points of my goal, just as was targeted back when we first sat down. I'm 52 and literally back to my high school weight and size. Just incredible!...and, honestly I've never really felt like it was difficult or even really felt like I was on a diet. This is a lifestyle and it is soooo livable and just enhances all aspects of your active life by way of amazing sleep, energy and activity.The program provides an amazing variety of options for balanced meals and a simple solution to exercise, correcting all the things I have been doing wrong for decades. Another great aspect is that the plan allows for regular weekly free meals that provide flexibility to enjoy foods and special occasions without guilt or concept of falling off the wagon. I really believe the flexible mental aspect is a key to its success. It truly is a livable solution and the only downside is you will need to consider how much money you'll need to spend buying an entire new wardrobe since literally nothing fits anymore now that I've gone from an X-Large and Large to straight up Medium. Hands down, the safe, reliable and livable way to achieve your health goals.

One of my friends recommended I reach out to Mike to work with him & after working with him I recommend it if you want to get into better shape & set up some simple foundational habits for success. I dropped 20 pounds of fat specifically & gained 7 pounds of muscle during the time I worked with Mike.Working with him helped me see a few things as far as nutrition is concerned:1. I don’t need to go hungry to get into good shape. (and not surprisingly, when you try to do so biology wins & you eat pretty much anything)2. I can eat carbs & get into good shape3. Developing a habit of eating healthy whole foods with a little more consistency (instead of trying to go hungry) made getting lean so much easier.4. EAT LUNCH (Learn from my mistakes & don’t skip it like I was.) Getting leaner became so much easier once I started scheduling eating lunch in my calendar.The weekly follow ups are useful because you start seeing things that both are & aren’t working with greater clarity, you simply have a structure of accountability & support & you see your progress which motivates you to keep going. You’ll have some good weeks & some bad weeks, but you’ll make improvement & have more good weeks than bad weeks.Last thing I’ll share is this.I’m pretty competitive & because Mike knows that he shared something with me after a few bad weeks in a row. It stuck with me & from there I gained consistency so hopefully it can help someone else as well. “There are people who are busier than you who are doing it so why can’t you? Are they better than you?” The obvious answer is no. They just have simple successful habits that they put into place & they just make time for it.Once that clicked I had no excuses & I just put in the work. The results followed & they’ll continue to follow because I’ve established some simple successful habits.

I have been with Mike for 4 months now and it’s been awesome! His meal plans are easy and tailored to foods you like to eat. They are also not crazy expensive meals plans and it’s food both my kids and husband will eat as well. I am a busy working mom and these plans were so easy to follow. He is very knowledgeable and keeps you accountable while cheering you on at the same time.

My wife and I did a program with Mike in 2013, and we both experienced great results. We had a set of twins since then, life took over, and now we're currently doing round 2. Plain and simple, Mike is the best nutrition and fitness coach, hands down. He knows his stuff. He will tailor a personal plan around food you actually like, with carbs, and you will see results if you put in the work. I'm just as happy at the way I feel, as well as the physical change of getting healthy. This isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change, and it's totally sustainable. Mike has a way of motivating you to become the best version of yourself!
