Update 8/31/2025: My wife Ada and I have been going to Karly for over a year doing our hair services and she does an amazing job. I highly recommend going to Karly for your hair services and she also does a good job on doing makeup as well. Thank you so much Karly :)

I don’t know if they were having an off day or everyone I had an interaction with were having a bad day but it was like fake mean girl attitude. Walked in girl said “hii can I help you with anything “ and I was like “no thank you I’m jus-“ she then cuts me off okay then walks off as I talked also at the cashier I heard how one of the cashiers yelled at a customer when she wasn’t sure of something she was like “yes yes yes you press it this time okay just do it”. I’m just saying they can be nicer and more patient. I used to be a dental receptionist and I’m now an assistant and I work with different people all day everyday and even if my patience is running low I don’t treat them mean because I’ve had people do that to me or anything like that. I was nothing but polite and nice to these employees and they treated me like if I ran their Patience low and like I was the issue. Felt very unwelcomed. I’ll go somewhere further to avoid these employees.

Karly J is an amazing hairstylist. I had gotten a cut elsewhere and it was horrific. I went to Karly and she took it from tragic to amazing! Thank you Karly for saving my hair and my weekend!

Cashiers here don’t know how to do their job. I had a giftcard and checked out told them to use the gift card first then I would pay the rest in cash. They took my cash first and charged me the rest on the gift card🤦♀️ happened twice and I ended up having way less on the grift card then when it was given to me.

Had a great experience at this location for salon services. Teresa did a wonderful job correcting a not so great hair color mishap from another salon. The other employees working at the salon, store and check out that day (Saturday 6/28) were also wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend coming here. Will definitely be back.

Brought a valid discount—casier and manager said “nah.”customer service, got the enthusiasm of a damp makeup wipe. Left with full price and a fully bad experience.

I have needed some new hair products, and have felt lost finding the right ones, but I went in there today and Daisy was such a great help! She helped me identify my problems, and helped provide me with solutions and the right products. She was so patient, knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks for all your help!

Went to get a hair cut at this location with Ashley A. about 2 weeks ago and she was GREAT, I didn’t think my hair could look this good and healthy again. She did amazing <3 she is the reason I came back today to Ulta for an eyebrow service. Jade O. Did a wax, lamination, and tint, with no pain, the process was smooth, she also slayed my eyebrows, definitely coming back to them for more services.

Absolutely horrible with customer service there attitude is very condescending and not willing to help. I was making a return for items from pickup that were open and used and the girl seemed very bothered. Hire people that actually want to work!!!

Friday 23 of May at 8pm the employees at the register, a strawberry blonde with buns and a girl with black hair and thick black glasses, made fun of my friends after they left the store in front of me and other customers. The strawberry blonde made fun of how my friend refused the number because she did not want/need to as we don’t go to Ulta often. She mocked her voice and said “I hate when they go no no no like bruh I’m gonna get in trouble.” The girl with black hair agreed and said “it’s so annoying when they do that.” I found it extremely rude and I’m discouraged to ever come back if it means that employees talk shit about customers the SECOND they leave.

Today (May 23 at 8pm) the employee with black hair and glasses and the strawberry blonde employee with the buns were extremely rude. They were openly talking trash about customers in front of customers! very unprofessional and i will not be coming back to this location!!!
