UPS is by far the worst shipping experience I've had. Drivers skip routes, no communication between stores and drivers and no follow through with customer service. I've been literally chasing my parcel for two days now. Customer service did not do what I asked, I never got the text update I requested online (2xs) and when I looked up the tracking and saw that it was delivered to the pick up point, the young girl ( who looked bored to death and clearly did not want to be at work) looked at my name and said they didn't have it. Had I not inquired further and asked her to dig into it ( since the site showed onsite) we wouldn't have known that it was in fact in the back. She stated that they simply were so busy that they did not scan it arrived. How can you tell a customer their package has NOT arrived and almost let them out the door without properly checking the back?!
I should be getting paid to do her job.
Stay away from UPS if at all possible.

Worst location I’ve ever dealt with. We dropped off our packages and they didn’t scan them I’m and it took them three days to scan. They’ve just been sitting in there. Tried calling to get a hold of them which was a nightmare ended up leaving a message and no one ever called me back.

I sent a package that had FRAGILE written all over it. I had wrapped the package carefully and put it in a bubble mailer for extra protection. When it arrived to it's Destination in AZ the glass was broken the frame was broken they were not careful at all. I won't be using this service again for a long time.

Years ago I had subpar service at UPS and have avoided all the stores ever since. I entered the store today with a negative attitude and low expectations. I was honestly blown away by the customer service today!
I called my daughter as I left and told her to switch to using this store, as well! Thanks, Tyler & Nathan!!

I come here for my Amazon returns and it's always smooth. Of the 100s off times I've been here only 1 time did I have a not so easy time and that had nothing to do with the store or it's employees. Gotta love Karen's lol. Felt bad for the employees with how she ended up talking to them. Before that I'd told that Karen what's up with her refusal to move forward after she complained to someone in the back of the line that had snaked back around saying "move, get out of my space." That person couldn't move forward because of her, who was towards the front of the line refusing to move forward with the line and actually got a clap and a thank you from a couple other people in the line. There was a line only because it was just after Christmas. She obviously wasn't happy she had to wait and that it was crowded with people close to her. If she would have moved in the line like everyone else it wouldn't have been so packed around her. she insisted on having 10-15 feet of room in front of her before the next person. Anyone who ever had been here knows it's a very small space to have 20+ customers in let alone some inconsiderate wildebeest who thinks the world evolves around her. good store though.
