I made an appointment for my daughter to get her passport and passport picture done. I and my husband left work to get to our appointment. We showed up and were told that all appointments were canceled. I asked the two ladies working if they were going to notify people who made appointments and the response was that if I have an issue I can talk to a supervisor and was told to go to the West Jordan city building and provided an address.
We did end up going to the city building and I would recommend doing that over going here.

I am wondering why a package I sent out of state has arrived but letters mailed to me here in West Jordan have not. I really wonder about the reliability of our local post office.

Horrible experience with this location they never answer the phones. I have called multiple times at different hours and no one picks up.

This is happened twice already, few months ago i sent check to Rocky Mountain Power and i kept checking on my bank statement and never cleared, so i called Rocky Mountain Power and they never received it, that was when i just dropped my mail outside in blue box, so i figured it might got lost, so i never drop my mail using the blue box anymore and i just dropped my mail inside, but still happened the same thing, i wrote check and mail it the same day on July 1st, i kept checking on my bank statement last week and i just barely checked it again today July 19 and still hasn't cleared, si i called my credit card company and they said they haven't received it, so now i got charged for late fee, how am i supposed to to trust Post office if they don't do their job correctly.

Packages showing delivered then disappearing! After reading the reviews it sounds like an employee has sticky fingers! I am not the only one that this has happened to over the past couple of months.. It’s happened twice and one was an important item.
These are items being delivered to a PO Box inside the post office. Tracking shows that it was delivered to the PO Box and then it’s not there!
Happens again there will be a police report!

I applied a signature to a package that was supposed to arrive on Monday. When I have done this in the past they have left it in the parcel locker. This time they delivered it on Saturday (when I was not in town) and they left it on my front porch instead of in a parcel locker. Of course it was stolen. They do not stick to the estimated delivery dates and they do not put valuable packages in lockers when they are supposed to.
Update: tried to drop a package off in the postal box after hours but it wouldn't let me. Useless

I recently bought a swimsuit bc I could no longer fit my old one (as I was pregnant) I was told it got delivered. When I got there they said they couldn’t find it. It turns out one of there workers mixed up my package, put it into another PO box, and put it as picked up. My package needs to be found and that person needs to be fired or I will sue your asses.

I needed digital fingerprints and this was the closest. Clerk 09 was very helpful. We needed to do several retakes and had 5-6 failures. She used a corn husker oil to clean them up enough and it did the trick
Otherwise this is a large but otherwise normal post office

Never staffed for fingerprinting services that are advertised online. No printers for package labels. Staff is rude when asked about services that should be available per website.

Nah ain't no way the cashier inside is showing attitude from the beginning. I saw her treating the person in front of me with so much disrespect and when I came to my turn she acted like if I was in her way for an interaction less than 3 minutes. That's wild :/

I have no clue how this post office stays in business. They don’t answer the phone ever and their mail carrier drivers don’t know how to deliver mail to the right address. Pathetic.

The counter postal workers at the counter have always been very helpful every time I have visited this location, and work as quickly as they can getting customers through the line.
