I wouldn’t go to this location if I was you I was completely discriminated against because the color of my skin and my language I was simply waiting with my mother for her prescription when I was accused for stealing a perfume and after I proceeded to show him where I left the perfume in the store I was still being harassed by the cashier Jessie I hope you know I will be reaching out to HR

Asian gentleman was very helpful. He is alone running a 24 hour pharmacy. Give this man a raise! He deserves it.

One guy with long hair who is working in pharmacy alone in midnight. I’ve seen him, twice. I’m sure he knows the customers are annoying at him. Because it waited for so long. But he was make sure everything and Postive. That place is 24 hours pharmacy open which is only one of this salt Lake Valley. But They needs two workers in midnight. I think one person alone in midnight is unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible. Was told I would have my medication in stock the next day, the next day they canceled my prescription. Which I had to have this called back in my be doctor. Again this was STILL not in stock. Waited 4 days, calling. No order of medication. This is consistently happening. This pharmacy loves to play with your life and withdrawal symptoms, and laughs when you explain. Horrible staff who laugh at your suffering. And want to see you fail. Look at any other review here, go anywhere else

I called and gave insurance information ahead of time. Came in and it wasn't in the system. I then had to wait for them to get it ready since my insurance doesn't cover a 90 day supply. I sat inside for 50 mins waiting. This place is ridiculous

Took forever. Doctor called it in, I waited 2 hours, script wasn’t ready when I arrived. Employees were sitting around when I walked up to the otherwise unoccupied pharmacy. They took 15 minutes to address me, then they told me it would be 5 more minutes, 35 minutes later I got my prescription. So 3 hours after they got my prescription, they were able to deliver it to me. I will wait until the morning next time and get my prescriptions from Walmart which is 100% better

We have had problems with this pharmacy every time we have tried to fill an insulin perscription for the past 6 months, each problem has been different because of insurance or other issues. This time they used an old perscription and did not give us enough for the required 30 day supply. When questioned they said it was the only perscription available. When I told them they had a new perscription issued in August, they said they couldn't find it. They finally found that in fact they had filled the new perscription, but they had made a mistake. Then they changed their mind, it was not a mistake, they had given us the new perscription free. The manager, Sunny, was very rude and not the least bit helpful she actually told me to go across the street to CVS. Guess where I am going from now on. I requested to talk to her supervisor, she told me she was the boss and if I wanted to talk to someone else I would have to find that information on my own. I wonder if anyone at Walgreens looks at these posts and if they will contact me?

I called late in the evening for a patient, with urgent medications, the pharmacist was rude, dismissive and honestly demeaning. She hung up on me before I could fill the second medication I was calling in, and I was then put on hold for 20 minutes waiting to be on a completely unnecessary second phone call. I do not recommend this pharmacy if you have ANY other choice.

Worst pharmacy ever. Always a wait. Waited an hour after my Dr. sent my prescription, and then sat stuck in the drive thru for an hour to get up to the window to be told it wouldn't be done for at least another hour and that I should just come back tomorrow. Over 3 hrs to get a prescription filled is a little ridiculous! And worst customer service ever. Didn't care at all how long people waited.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this pharmacy. The lobby was closed due to staffing shortages, it was about 10:30ish..understandable (kinda). I sat in my vehicle in the line for the pharmacy for over an hour, only to get up to the window for the clerk to say they were out of stock of my prescription. Just unacceptable, they’re too busy to answer the phone because there are only two people working on who knows how many prescriptions and no way to contact anyone inside unless you wait in the hour line.
