Ive been on the phone on hold for an hour and 55 minutes so far. I could probably make my own medication by the time they decide to answer the phone. I guess I will pack up my two children, drive over there and stand in line to see if I can talk to a person, which could have been avoided if they would have answered the phone. Thank you, walgreens, from the bottom of my heart, for absolutely nothing.

The phone system with these people. It is some of the worst times I have ever experienced. I’ve been on hold, this very moment in time. For over 15 minutes without ever speaking to a single human, yet it is saying I am waiting behind one other “caller”. There’s no way I am even in line to be spoken with. It is a dead end and they have never been busy to the point where they can’t answer phones.
Lastly, they have had my specific prescription in stock, one time. I’ve been using them for the past 6 months. 1 out of the 6 times they have filled my script on time. Don’t we think that it could mess with peoples “routine” that doctors care so much about? My routine is get my prescription when I get it. Whether it is on the 1st which is what I started out at. Now I am up to the 12th of the month.

The pharmacy is horrible, they have overlooked several prescriptions for me that was ordered almost a month ago. They lied to my Dr saying that the prescriptions were there and ready for pickup, when my husband went to get them they told him that the prescriptions were denied by my insurance and too expensive to get, when he asked how much it would be, he told him $3.98 so he said just order it then my wife needs them! Very unprofessional, they have done this in the past and I thought well it happens but to lie to both my Dr and my husband, that's not a well that can happen, that's a blatant lie to your customers! I will be switching pharmacies because of this. Walgreens was always my go to pharmacy, now I don't trust them with anything and I won't recommend them as I once did, to me, it was laziness and they just didn't want to their job!

Please stop saying it’s ready for pickup unless it’s actually ready for pickup. I’ve probably been here 10 times when they say it’s ready for pickup only to get there and be told to wait another 20 minutes because the “tech is still working on it”.

I've never been into a Walgreens like this Will lit Great stop Manager was terrific he even gave my kids a couple lollipops and it came out of her own pocket I really appreciate that lady Walgreens you are the best to get prescriptions at and the shop thank you so much for being who you are thank you to the manager so much

Make your self a favor don’t fill your prescription here staff don’t try to help at all . Just go smiths pharmacy they are always able to help.

There are often long waits at the drive through pharmacy but the staff do a nice job of jeeping things moving as quickly as they can.

I don't get a choice on where to go for my pharmacy. Unfortunately Walgreens it is and this one is the closest to me. What a nightmare. You could spend your entire day waiting in line. They have an incompetent staff and really it's just a bad experience all around. They'll bully you until you pick of your prescription and then can't figure it out when you get there. If you're lucky to have a choice, go somewhere else.

I went in to pick up some cards I had printed for Same Day Service. I received an email saying they received my order and it should be ready in an hour but to watch for an email saying they are completed and ready for pickup. A few hours later I was driving by the location so I thought I'd stop in to see the progress on my 20 cards. I got up to the counter and told the employee my name and she snapped at me very rudely, threw a piece of paper on the desk and told me how they tried calling and I didn't answer. The paper was my order that they couldn't run because of a broken printer. She was so rude! The order didn't work out, machines break, I get it, but the way she treated me from the second I told her my name was uncalled for. She was mad that I didn't answer a call that I didn't even receive. I won't be going back to this location. Why is service everywhere going downhill? Just be nice.
