What a bad experience just happened to me and my wife, Friday 04/29/2024, the man at the checkout didn't say good night, nothing, he was always serious and my wife got confused about the bag and immediately tried to stop her from grabbing it and more with an attitude as if we were stealing he treated us in a very rude way he is rude he doesn't know how to work with clients I would like to file a complaint about that

You would think that after years of the store being a complete wreck, they would get some new Leadership in there.The 2 woman who are normally there during the day are unbelievable rude and have no customer service skills, and they are always out of the most basic necessities every single time you try to run to the corner store for something you need.At least retrain your Leadership on Customer Service and ordering.

The late night pharmacy open in the salt lake valley. Alas, they do not provide tests for strep throat, and could not tell me so over the phone. Perhaps I can save someone else from having to drive here to find out.

I had a prescription called in at 11:20 this morning. It is 3:48 still hasn’t been filled so I called because I’m really sick. It’s going to be another 3-4 hours. Did you forget your business model? I call and have to hear about vaccines for too long. What is going on? Staff is rude.

I've had nothing but issues with this location. I've gotten multiple responses from their pharmacists, been denied medications when others told me to come in. I can't even get answers over the phone. They tell me to come in just to turn me away. It's ridiculous.

I am only giving this review for Floyd we needed to have a prescription filled tonight luckily we talked to Floyd he helped find a store that had it in stock and it was filled in 10 minutes thank you Floyd for going above and beyond for my family ?

If I could give zero stars I would. The people who work at this pharmacy are awful. Extremely incompetent, judgmental, and rude. I have only written 2 other reviews in my entire life, it truly takes a lot to work me up enough to feel compelled to write a review, but I was so offended by the people who work at this pharmacy that I felt the need to warn others. Stay away from this place. I will never go back to this pharmacy again.

Bruh. This place is so slow. It’s open 24 hours because that’s how long it takes to get your medication. You might recover from your ailment by the time you get what you needed.

Let me start by saying I have worked at this pharmacy 2 years back as a staff never did I disrespect a patient the way they do. The long hair pharmacist Kyle or something and the boy in dread locks I hope karma gets you back In 10 folds. My daughter was extremely sick and I was picking up her steroids cause she can’t breath he went to get my medicine I can clearly see the pharmacist told him don’t fill it make her wait the guy who a minute ago was being nice came back telling me you’re not the only person you’re not the only one and I am not going to fill it for you come back in 15 mins this was a prednisolone liquid medicine 15 mls that literally takes 5 mins to fill and check off by the pharmacist I have worked there before on purpose he made me wait an hour. I will not stop here I will be calling the district manager and I will be taking action this is extremely wrong of the pharamcist to do this on purpose and play with the health of a 3 year old. You’re a disgrace for being healthcare staff and teaching your techs to do bad. Karma will bite you bac..the line is an hour long and then they make you wait another hour for the medicine

The pharmacist Cami was so rude and had so much attitude. I was simply trying to pick up my sock babies prescription and did not need all the sass. I will 100% be going back to Smiths where they are actually kind.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve been to and finally made the switch to another one. They never pick up the phone and the wait time is ridiculous. The nice guy who was helping me at the counter kept asking the pharmacist for help and she was just rude to him and didn’t even look at him while answering. She almost seemed annoyed that he was asking her for help. He seemed new because I’ve never seen him there and I’ve been coming here over a year. That was the final straw for me. I did walk away pretty upset (not at him but at her). What an awful way to treat your employees/coworkers!

This review is for the pharmacy specifically. I have been here several times and their customer service is absolutely garbage. No matter who I encounter. It's a pharmacy. People are coming here to get medication that they need because they are somehow affected by something. The lack of empathy and rudeness is ridiculous. My final straw was yesterday. I pulled up to pick up my medication and pressed the call button as no one was at the window. An employee (middle aged/older Asian woman - unsure of her title) comes on the intercom to tell me they are notified when someone pulls up so I didn't need to press the call button and she'll be with me when she's done with a patient. For starters, there's no sign in view that says to not press the call button. She also could have saved the story time for someone that allows her to put signs up. It was unnecessary to say that when there's no sign. Also, when she did help me, it sounded as if she was so far from the intercom that I could barely hear her. When she came to give me my medication, she put it in the box and pushed it out and didn't say anything. No thank you or have a good night or anything that would conclude our exchange. I'll be looking for another location to go to as I don't need the attitude. If you're having a bad day, choose to minimize your interaction with people or do something else for your profession. If you cannot be cordial at the very least, don't be in a position that has you interacting with people.
