I stopped by here this morning to grab some trash bags and had a little time so I was browsing the make up and was watched like a hawk the whole time I was in the make up isle and put 3 things in my cart but not sure 100% sure i wanted them or not so I walked around grabbing a few more things but decided against them and put them back after I put them back i went up to one of the 3 employees that had been practically following me isle to isle and asked where the trash bags were and he totally ignored my question and very rudely asked where the stuff in my cart went, I told him I put them back as he should have known he walked up and down with me it was extremely embarrassing, rude, and totally uncalled for. I was already quite annoyed that I had different employees following me around but I’ll let it go until that interaction. I have never stolen a thing in my life and have spent lots of money at this store. I couldn’t shop in peace and then was accused of stealing because I decided to not buy some make up. I bought the trash bags and few other things I needed and the same guy tried to have small talk and was friendly as i was paying and looked totally offended I didn’t respond to a word he said. How do we go from accusing someone of stealing and then small talk in a matter of 10 minutes? but I’ll never go back. Last time I checked I’m allowed to put things back if I chose not to buy them without being questioned about it.

I went there because both Walgreens in North Ogden had their pharmacies closed and this was the only one open within a 50 mile radius that was open that day and still close by to where I needed to go that day (Church). It was scary on the cover to go there as there was a bunch of 1 star ratings, but I told my doctor to transfer my Rx there. I was plesantly surpirsed! The Rx Tech that day (Floyd) was there since 2022, confirmed to me that my rx was in stock and said he would have it filled in 20 minutes. The main reason I went there was because of church, so I told him I would come by after church which I did. My rx was there as promised, insurance covered it and I paid only $5.62. Based on my experience there, I will go there again if I need to. They did cut their rx hours and are no longer open 24/7 for rx. I recommend contacting them by phone to reconfirm the hours as not only Walgreen s but CVS, etc, has cut back hours of rx availaibility lately. Awarding 5 stars because they bailed me out in time of need and filled an antibotic rx given my situation.

Fast to checkout, go here to load money onto chime. Have yet to use pharmacy. Usually not busy on the store side. Hate the parking lot though. But that's the same at most Walgreens.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for a long time, but the way I was treated recently forced me to leave. The older Asian lady was extremely rude to me. I’ve never seen so many one-star reviews for a store like this — and now I understand why. Walgreens needs to take action and start listening to its customers. It’s time to replace the entire staff.

I would give zero stars if I could. This pharmacy is an absolute joke. When they actually manage to have a pharmacist on shift, it will take you 30-60 minutes of waiting in line. Or if you’re like me who took the long way home to pick up a prescription only to be told the pharmacy closed at 1:30 due to lack of pharmacist, you’ll be even less fortunate. A pharmacy with no pharmacist is not a pharmacy.

I am so grateful for the amazing people who work here. Today was an extra hard day. Had to print funeral services for my dad and the people here helped me so much. They were very patient and kind on the telephone and in person. I wish I would have gotten names. They deserve a raise and more praise

It sucks that they used to be 24 hrs, even advertised on the building, but they close at night.

Pharmacy was able to quickly fill a rx that I had to get transferred from another county same day even though their computer said it was a next day fill. Very kind to fit that in on a busy day.

I called ahead to make sure my prescription was in stock. It was. I had been filling the same prescription at this pharmacy for a year. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacist informed me that SHE decided she didn't want to fill it anymore. No reason was given. I told her if I stopped taking them child turkey I would go through major withdrawals. We were leaving for Disney World the next day. I asked her if she would talk to my doctor and we could figure something out. She refused. I asked if there was someone in charge I could talk to. She told me no and just walked away. I was so proud of myself for keeping my calm, when what I really wanted to do was yell at her. I had heard her do the same thing to another patient before. I will never shop there again. I know it won't hurt them, but I will tell my story to anyone who wants to listen.
