I stopped in for some supplies for my job, and as I walked past the Deli section, I could see the woman working there put out some freshly fried Potato wedges.So, I ordered a small size since they were fresh.After measuring them out in a plastic container then putting them into the portion bag.... she looked around, then dumped them back into the display case."No Ticket" she told me. Astonished, I asked what was happening! She again replied, "No Ticket". Turns out, the tickets were there, just not printed. They were blank. She didn't know how to get the barcode & price onto the ticket to place onto the portion bag!?! I asked if anyone else was there to price these items for me (which usually cost about .99 cents) & she said "No, no ticket"! I walked away bewildered (and hungry). After paying for the items I needed for work, I found a Manager at customer service and explained the situation.... his response was, "I am a manager, but not over the Deli!". The employee would rather see these tasty potato wedges sit in the case and get old and stale, rather than figure out how to do her job and sell them to a hungry customer! I will shop at Target from now on (which is across the parking lot) all because of .99 cents worth of potato wedges. By the way, I went to Applebee's and got French Fries. Also in the parking lot with much nicer (& smarter) employees! Oh, what a world!

Was originally a two star review because I mostly go here for groceries and items with multiple flavors are almost always poorly zoned/faced, leading to the items i want not getting ordered because something completely different is my item's place. That keeps this from turning to a 5 star review. Jacob (I think? He's a young good looking dude that works the counter and the invoice says Jacob) in the auto center is amazing. Even though it was close enough to closing time that I would have understood if they turned me away for an oil change, Jacob told the other technician in the auto center that he was willing to stay a few minutes late if needed to get my oil changed. Give him a raise as soon as possible, he has the best customer service I've ever seen at a Walmart.

I shop a lot of Walmarts from Lehi Saratoga on up to West Jordan for groceries and household goods usually. This time I didn't have my strong son who was working late or sick hubby with me, but finally found some very large and heavy shelves we needed by chance for our garage and there was only few left, so wanted to make sure to grab them with Ginny's medicine but only problem is although I'm young and normally strong I recently had shoulder and heart surgeries and couldn't lift them pain them or load on car. I was feeling pretty helpless. Past couple years employees usually are not educated at most stores on products or act like they don't want to help, but this experience was way different. An older sweet gentleman named Keith not only spent time to go over questions and product knowledge with me, help check me out in back for faster service , but also took the time to make it a personable caring experience , find a flat bed cart for me, put them on the cart for me so I wouldn't hurt myself and even find another nice young helper that jumped to help him and I to put it in my suv and make sure it wouldn't move if accident and heavy big boxes were safe and secure in suv with helper. Now that's awesome caring customer service ! Someone give these two a raise ! Thanks again guys for going above and beyond! I see how hard your working :)

If I could give a 0 I would. I waited at the fabric counter for over 10 minutes. 4 associates walked past, we asked one to call someone and he ignored us and went back to what he was doing. I attempted to call the store while standing there and it stand for well over 3 min and no answer. I left and went through self checkout When entering I immediately asked Diego to call a manager while I was checking out. He did not call a manager and proceeded to help two other customers while I completed. I then left and attempted to call the store and again waited with no answer. I don't typically shop at this store and this explains why.

Not bad for our first time experience today!Although we noticed there are a lot of shlves that are empty but we got the things we needed.

By far the worst store. I went there a couple days ago, and they were out of stock! Then, after I went home, I called them because i needed some help. they did NOT pick up the phone! After so many tries, they picked up. I asked her to transfer me to lost & found, and they took over an hour to answer!!! I am super disappointed in you Walmart.
