I have tried many vision centers over the years but I have never had the experience I had here. The dr asked me many question and listened carefully to my answers to find out exactly what I wanted and what I needed. Gave me pros and cons to each choice and really took the time to know what I needed.
And to top that off…he actually had my prescription for contacts in stock! My vision is so bad that had never happened. Ever. They always have to be ordered. So I was able to try them out right there to help me make my decisions between normal contacts or mono vision. He gave me time to walk around with both sets to help me decide.
It is really the best experience I have had at a vision center ever.

Doctor Baker did a fantastic job!He is an excellent optometrist ! However the technician fitted me into glasses with a bridge too narrow for the bridge of my nose. It’s quite painful to wear them for very long. I realized the bridge was the wrong size for my nose after a week.I went in to see if there was a resolution. The technician would not change the glasses. I will now need to use readers to read with and only use my glasses when driving.I am now stuck with glasses that do not fit properly for 2 years, as insurance only pays for a new frame every 2 years.I thought I’d give Walmart a try, because they’re close and seem to be upping their game in many areas.Next time I will have Doctor Baker do my exam, but will go elsewhere to get fitted for a frame. I would not advise getting your glasses there. $200.00 down the drain.

Been taking my family to see Dr. Baker for years. He is wonderful and was able to find issues with my daughter's eyesight that was causing her headaches.

I haven't personally gone here to see an optometrist, but I was able to stop by and donate some old glasses here! I was having a hard time finding somewhere that took glasses donations, so I'm glad I was able to find this place and donate instead of just throwing my old glasses away.

I can speak to the quality staff at this location from about 9 or 10 years ago until now in 2020. Besides the fact that the store is always extremely clean well lit and has a good atmosphere, the staff have been nothing less than incredible sweethearts, kind, helpful, accommodating, patient, very professional yet personal tone of voice, and they never make me and my family feel rushed. Even with the social distancing and extra precautions in sanitization, they did not lose their personal and personable touch. Dr Baker is extremely kind, not pushy at all, and likes to give you all of your options in a very simple and easy way to understand.
Their calls and voice mail messages for reminders and any other communication has been really professional and helpful too. Never have I had a negative moment there.
The inventory is always stocked well, and you have so many options and styles to choose from in a small store. The walls are lined with name brand glasses several different brands of glasses. Even though they always have to say the glasses or eye wear order will be about 7 to 10 business days, we have never had to wait longer than 3 days from the time our order goes into the system. Thank you Walmart Vision!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Got my prescription wrong, axis was off by 15 degrees. They sold me high index lens I didn't need and then when the lens came back they were just regular polycarbonate. Optician didn't mention the lens weren't what I paid for. The beveling on one lens was completely messed up. Optician again denied any issues. Told optician I was seeing everything at weird angles, again they denied there was any issue. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They don't care about customer experience. They'll sell you what you don't need, lie to your face and deny anything is wrong. Shamefully dishonest! DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr.Baker is awesome! He listens to everything you have to say and comes up with the best solution. He let me try a couple of samples and made sure I had enough for my vacation. Awesome guy! I highly recommend Dr.Baker!!

They won't even give you a PD Measurement so if your going purchase any frames from them so you don't any have idea to what size your looking for and they want you pay first eye exam before giving you PD Measurement a lot people like to check out there frames selection to see with one is the best fit common sense whoever managing there business is detouring people away and there optometrist that work seems like they got there PH.D's cracker jack box.

The staff is so great, love how friendly they are. Doctor Donald Baker is definitely one of the best. He is knowledgeable and professional, he takes the time to explain the best choices and why. He genuinely is a good doctor I would recommend.

After 4 yrs of seeing an expensive eye care center for my son I took him here at age 10 and this dr. Was the one to find his astigmatism and some other issues the other dr. Overlooked. And when my special needs 5 yr old went in he was absolutely amazing with him!!! They have a warranty on their frames for 1 yr. so when my son broke his twice I just took them in and they replaced them no questions asked. At a fraction of the price I payed elsewhere I would highly recommend coming here. Friendly, good with kids, and awesome at what they do.
