If I could give zero stars I would. Didn’t seem to care that they were out of stock offered me a much smaller item and replacement and wanted premium pricing for it don’t waste your time go elsewhere at this location is terrible and the person at the counter told me they were the owner they were rude.

I was visiting from out of town and had forgotten some medical supplies that I really needed. Wasatch Medical Supply had exactly what I needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much!

Location is easy to find, and parking was ample. When I walked in, I received immediate attention from Randy. He helped me find the right medical supply that I was looking for. He was super friendly and conversational. The price was very reasonable and the store was well stocked with other items I may be looking forward to purchase in the future.

I spoke with Brandy on the phone today. She was very helpful ! We need to rent a mobility scooter for a couple of days. My Vietnam Hubby just can't take all the amusement park walking . He will get tired and grumpy or fall. This is our first rental. She was very informative. She was patient and answered all my fussy questions. I will post pics after we rent the scooter.

I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to Wasatch Medical Supply. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure I got the right size compression socks for my gross, old legs, and even showed me the best way to put them on. The socks I got were 65 dollars a pair, which to me is pretty pricey, but for all I know that may be a reasonable price for a pair of quality compression socks. Compression socks are sized by your ankle and calve measurements, not your shoe size, so it's best to go to a medical supply store. Oh, and you get a little goodie-bag if you buy two pair. And they deliver.

Disappointing interaction today. *Question; Why answer the phone if your customer is on hold 7+ minutes to ask a simple question about your supplies? *Long enough of a wait to jump in the car drive to the actual location (only to find it empty) hmmm, I bet lunch hour is the excuse.... -Here's why I'm giving a 1 star- LACK of customer service, zero greeting, NO knowledge of a medical supply or if it's available at YOUR SHOP. *The fact the clerk lady suggested to look online... (hmmm DUH ) why would I not already do that, kinda felt like she doesn't care about this business or the customers coming in. SMH TBH -I'd like to give zero stars on this visit. Just a complete disappointment! No recommendations from me, to those reading my review: Good Luck to anyone who is looking for medical supplies at this shop, be SURE to check online twice before you waste your time at this shop. Oh & don't call unless you have several minutes to hold when the shop is empty. SMH where did all the good people go!??

Great experience with Brandy from Wasatch Medical Supply. She went above and beyond to ensure my father was able to receive his nebulizer the same day, rather than having to wait a day and postpone beginning his much needed treatment. Thanks so much!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Brandi!’ She helped us put a seat together? Then took it home to make it the right size’. She even brought it to our home! This is the best place to get help and find people who really care!!

I was looking forward to working with these guys since everyone said they have great service. This is my experience: I called them about a month ago to see about renting a wheelchair in the future. They were friendly and told me to email the request to Jill. I did, but with no response. Not to worry, I had some time still. I sent a follow-up email a couple of days later to make sure they got it, no response. 2 weeks later, I send another follow-up email with no response. So I call back of course, left a voicemail (which is fine). No response. So I call back the next day but this time after a few rings, I get hung up on. So I wait a while and call back again, this time it sounds like a fax machine. So either they went out of business or they're purposefully ignoring me for some reason. All I wanted was to rent a wheelchair. If they don't have it, just let me know. Just follow-up with inquiries. What happened to the friendly phone-call from a month ago? I ended up going somewhere else of course.
