What kind of “bank” can’t give change for a 100$ bill?

This bank is horrible with just as horrible staff. I could not believe the disrespect I received from Oscar. He used the F word when speaking to me after telling me that I can’t speak. I had to get the amount needed for a transaction and I was on hold. He asked why I was being difficult when I was only sitting on hold. He was not able to fix an issue I came into the bank specifically for nor addressed the fact that I had been in multiple times and needed a new solution. He is the worst and deserves to no longer have a job with any form in human interaction. Did not address any concerns or care to. I then had to go to another bank and meet with yet again another banker to fix the problem. I am very upset that nothing was done and he was so unprofessional. I spoke up about how the same solution that was being offered has not worked the past 4 times, he did not care to address another solution. It was an easy solution and took the last banker 1 minute to fix after listening to what had NOT worked.I feel bad for any women that may be in his life as if they look at him weird, I bet he blames that time of the month. Just the typical trash guy that women have to deal with. I am now in the process of switching banks after 25 years with Wells Fargo because he is truly that horrible. I will in no way be paying his paycheck anymore.I will not email my information but give me a phone number and who to ask for and I will gladly call.

I've never actually been in the branch but I have go say, a Wells Fargo with no drive through window or drive up ATM is kinda of annoying.

I’ve been a loyal customer with Wells Fargo since I was 12, but why when I try to open a bank account for one of my siblings, set up an appointment for 3:30 arrived 3:20 the banker tells me no he can’t help me because he had an appointment after me. He said he wasn’t gonna have enough time to help me, but still helping someone else. Is my money not good enough? Previously before this I tried setting up an appointment at the Murray location and at least they told me 5 min after booking my appointment that they wouldn’t be able to help me cause the person I needed wasn’t there. At least they can do that. I wasted my time and my sisters school time for nothing. Drove across town just to be denied service. Why would it take longer than 30 minutes to start and account and why not even try? Again, even though she needs a bank account to start her business while only being 13. My sister was really excited to start her business account and had to leave there pretending not to be extremely disappointed. Really considering closing out my bank account because this is not the first occurrence where this bank does something to upset me. Maybe I should go to a credit union...

Was in there to cash payroll check. The young lady(apologies don't remember her name) was very pleasant and courteous. She even talked about opening an account and gave me info. She was a peach. Thanks for good customer service.

Very bad service!!! Now with the COVID 19 is worst!!! It is 3:40 pm 98 % outside. I walked in & for my 3:30 pm appointment & I was asked to wait in my car. My car has no air condition and there is no shade outside. I saw plenty of empty seats inside the lobby & they couldn't offer me a seat. Those people in there are selfish. They only think of themselves. I understand the COVID has all of us paranoid but come on if you are that scared some of these employees should not be working!!! I'm literally mad right now. They haven't called me in. I'm disabled and they can care less. That's it! I'm closing all my accounts and going else where. This is BS .
