This branch went above and beyond. Irina, Amanda and María did an outstanding job helping me manage business loan paperwork for a business loan initiated on another Wells Fargo branch in another state! It was one of the best business banking experiences I've had in a branch. Congratulations for the business friendly mentality.

I had problems with an online application, so I stopped in at this Wells Fargo for assistance. The bank manager Patrick was extremely helpful, walked us thru the issues we needed to deal with. He even sent the faxes we needed for us. Amazing customer service.

Went in 10:30 on a Saturday, they helped me immediately and nicely. Maryam was super accommodating and made me feel comfortable by starting a nice conversation about things we had a common. She deserves a raise!

I was really surprised on how good the customer service was given to me by Lourdes Ortiz she was beyond great she helped me out with everything I needed to open an account and my online banking in minutes. The 24 hour customer service rep was extremely helpful in making sure my funds were secure and available at a real critical time the following night great job Wells Fargo.

I was impressed with the extra efforts of the team at the 9000 South location. When my DBA was not showing up on their web search the Branch Manager, Patrick along with help from Maryam called the State offices to get the approval completed before I came to their location. When I arrived, I was greeted by Patrick and introduced to Dean Webb at the branch to open my account. All was done well and I will now make this my home branch for all my future banking needs. Great team effort!

Horrible Branch. Waited very long in Drive tru lane. When I got to a banker I provided my ID and debit Card as always to make a transaction. The banker started asking me for personal sensitive info on the speaker (ssn, address) who does this? I asked for a manager and asked of this was something new? She was not polite at all and said "we dont recognize you, I'll put a complaint for you" What???

It's pretty rare that I have to go inside a bank anymore-most banking can be done online today. However, there are occasions that call for an in-person visit. This location is easy to find, right off the road and has both a lobby and drive through. The building is a bit older, but it serves it's purpose. I'd rather have exceptional service and really good online tools than a fancy building. The service here is great. The staff were quick to greet me, understood my questions and got me answers in a jiffy. I appreciated that they took the time to review my account and make sure everything was in order-even beyond my initial request that brought me in. I'll continue to do most of my banking online, since it is much more convenient (and their mobile app is fantastic), but if I do need to stop by for anything, I won't hesitate to come back here.
