I created a savings account for my son a couple of years ago. Today, my now 7-year old son wanted to go into the bank to deposit into this account the money he has been saving over the last couple of years. It was a proud parent moment, but I was concerned how the employees would respond to all his coins and bills. Fortunately they responded so warmly, positively, and affirming to him. Gisela allowed us to move to a desk where we dumped it all out and she spent a solid 20 minutes helping us organize and count it up (there were lots of pennies and nickels). Then she made the deposit. And all along the way complimenting him and helping him feel special. I can't think of a better example of top-notch customer service than this. Thank you Gisela and the Wells Fargo team!

We came in to open an account today with Wanwisa, she helped us thru the process with a friendly and welcome attitude.This is my first Well farco account and I am happy with it.I would recommend it to people to work with her.

Put the piece of paper in the tube before customers get there, instead of this back-and-forth waiting game just to pull out $200 in cash. I sat there for 30 minutes doing the most simple thing. You guys made it ridiculously complicated. Not only do I have to verify on my phone through a text message, give my ID, my debit card with the account information, fill out a slip of paper with the account information, all but swabbing me for DNA to verify my account. What a joke.Then, the teller asks if I need anything else before I can even answer cuts me off and says K thanks have a great day bye. …Asshole.

Wells fargo bank located in jordan landing rated worst for customer service. I arrived and they were talking to each other. No body were attended, I came to open a checking account and take out another credit card and I was not attended unbelievable. There was no one waiting, just me waiting. Even with that I was not attended. It was a gentleman in a suit and tie who passed by several times and he didn't even ask how he could help.

My mother in law went to the Wells Fargo branch off of Campus drive in West Jordan. She was there for over 2 hours working on an estate account. While there she asked to use there restroom and was told no. That is absolutely unacceptable. When someone is in your establishment for that long and they need to use the restroom they should be allowed that privilege. Especially when they are conducting business that will make that establishment money.

Just pathetic customer service. Never been treated this way at a banking institution. Had multiple people on their phones just goofing off. Stood in line for about 25 minutes while I was just being looked at. Terrible service.

Maybe this branch has very little personnel, and I tried not to come with any predisposition based on the previous ratings. I'm WF customer since 2012 both for business and personal accounts. I'm traveling in Utah for the week and needed to process some documents required by my local brand in California, and since time was of essence and didn't want to process those files in the hotel's business center I came to the nearest branch so they could help me out. I explained my case and asked me to wait for two hours, considering the branch had just another customer ahead. They were nice, not rude, but definitely can't say they did any effort to help a customer.

Came into the Jordan landing location to open an additional checking account and wasn’t greeted whatsoever. Sat down and waited for a banker to come talk to us and still NOTHING! Waited for about 15 min still nothing, and watched each banker talk to each other and walk past us. A few others walked in and was greeted right away! I will no longer be banking with wells.. worst customer service I have ever experienced!

This Bank is a fraud! I have had an account with them for about 2 years now and it has been constant issues! from their policies and their fees and ridiculous customer service! The feedback is outrageous when I call in and tell them they are messing up when it comes to my account activities. Their "posting process" is truly one of a kind! How do they take out the money, have it post on the account and then days later say it never posted so when my balance is low they finally "post" the transaction and then apply all these overdrafts fees. I have called numerous times regarding the overdraft feature which I have never wanted and they still overdraft me and charge fees, and yes, they are not automated payments because they explained they always go through if the payment is made to automatically be withdrawn. I have called over and over and they even sent me mail regarding how they made errors. All these overdraft account fees and then they tell me do I know how to use my card and see the balance when I use it??? Like no I am a complete idiot I don't know what I am spending? Ridiculous!! Like how I am going to pay for my food and then get my groceries and have it post on my account, the balance is reduced from what I "spent" and then they tell me that the transaction never went through until days later and they add overdraft fees? That makes no sense!!

Went into the bank to get a paper notarized yesterday. The notary was there not helping anyone but stated they didn’t have their notary book with them. They are at work that shouldnt be the excuse at all so I ended up leaving. Went in again today and same notary was there the teller told me he was with a client and if I wouldn’t mind waiting I said not at all but if he wouldnt mind confirming they notary had his book today so I wouldn’t be waiting for no reason. He asked the notary and the notary said he would be awhile which I didn’t mind but then he proceeded to ask the teller if I had an appt. This teller both days clearly just didn’t want to help me which is horrible customer service especially since I only had one page and took less than two minutes at my other bank I ended up going to. I tried calling three times before going in to ensure the notary was there and could assist me but nobody answered. How am I supposed to schedule an appt with this rude man when nobody answers the phone there?Would highly suggest doing business at another branch if not another bank all together. I’ve banked with them for 30 years now and this has made me want to take all my funds to my other banking institutions that actually take care of me.

This branch NEVER answers their phones. I have called multiple times and can't ever get anyone to answer. How can I make an appointment if you don't answer the phones?! Not the only problems I have had at this branch... Very unprofessional.
