DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I have them a few chances and they failed everytime! They are SUPER SLOW even if you do an online order. Don’t order nuggets unless you’re ok with wanting spicy or a mixture of spicy and regular because they will get it wrong EVERYTIME!!!! Also don’t eat here unless you’re ok with partially cooked hamburgers.Parking: They always have plenty of parking. Most likely because everyone is realizing they are HORRIBLE!!!

Never had such a horrible experience ordering food on March 4th at 9am. Yelled at us "what do you want" when ordering kept cutting us off and getting attitude. We were so confused why we were treated that way when we were being nice. Half our order was also incorrect.

Customer service was very poor. Rushed my order and overcharged. Which happens 4 out of 5 visits. I try to avoid this location even though it's so close. I'll drive out of my way to the other location.

We went in to order food and there was no line inside or at the drive thru. It was pretty dead inside. When we get to the counter to order food, the employee refused to take our order and asked that we order through the kiosk. We’ve never experienced this type of customer service before. The employee made us feel like we were a nuisance for coming in to order food. So we ended up leaving and will not be coming back. This employee in particular was beyond lazy and unprofessional. We took our business to Carls Jr instead and they took good care of us. I can definitely see this Wendy’s going out of business if this customer service continues. There’s no reason to reject a customer’s orders and money when a customer is at the counter ready to order and pay.

Somehow they've managed to keep their prices down, which I really appreciate. I go on the road and it seems like many times I order a burger and a drink and I'm paying over 20 bucks but today at Wendy's I got two burgers and a drink and paid under 15.

Went in to order food and every single worker was at a table eating and having a good time. Waited 10 minutes for someone to notice we wanted food and then they finally came up to counter and rudely asked what we wanted. We ordered fries and jr frosties. Fries where cold and barely edible as they where burnt. Never coming here after 5pm again

Tonight's encounter with me was flawless! When we used the drive-through, everything was done correctly! We didn't have to wait long in line, and the meal was fresh and hot! It's the little things, like the drink holder they gave us without my asking for it and the condiments, straws, and napkins they placed in the bag. This night staff deserves more pay!

Jeremy's not too far wrong. We stopped by and we were told to order from the kiosk too. Then after the order they seem to play the odds to see if you will return the sandwich or not. We ordered asiago chicken sandwiches and got regular sandwiches. No bacon, no cheese. If you don't mention it, they win. But most of the time you're halfway home before you realize your order is wrong. It's no way to run a business hoping that your customer doesn't pick up on mistakes and they can say I'm sorry to fix it every time. Final note, we had them make two new asiago ranch chicken sandwiches.

Ordered a #6, their fountain wasn’t working, so I said I’ll have a water, cashier didn’t take $2 soda off, and lied to my face at the window about it, she didn’t want to give me my receipt, because she charged me for the drink, she probably wanted to refund it for herself and steal from me.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, being ignored by the employees as they walked by. One finally approached and instructed me to go order from the kiosk, then proceeded to take the order of a masked gentleman behind me in line. They somehow managed to get my kiosk order wrong as well. I would highly suggest hiring another warm body to interact with customers inside the restaurant and clean up the tables when it's slow.

If you like to still order at the counter and not the kiosk, be prepared for them to ignore you as they look at you and continue filling online orders, drive through orders and kiosk orders. Apparently the counter is the last person for service now days!

What happened to wendys gold hot delicious fries? Don't come here. I don't think they change the deep fryer oil... unless you like your wendys fries brown cold stale.Don't bother these employees.No matter how nice you are what ever time it may be. They will treat you with zero respect.To busy listing to music and gossiping and mopping the kitchen.This neighborhood wendys should be closed indefinitely. Or replaced with a taco bell where they are fluent in English.
