This pharmacy is always the slowest. 1 people or 12 people in line - you are guaranteed to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes for dropping off or picking up a prescription. When it is finally your turn in line the workers are the rudest.

the staff is so rude. i live in draper but work late, so i requested my prescription to this location so i could grab them after work, mind you, 8 hours before i intended to pick them up. i got off at 1am and called to check if they were ready before i drove all the way there. the pharmacy employee on the phone kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me explain what i was calling for, and then informed me that i couldn't pick up the meds until the morning. literally what is the point of being 24 hours then???? i'll never ever use this location again. i'd rather drive to provo.

Always seems to have what we need. Great photo center. Great cards. Sometimes they don't have the meds we need because they're back ordered but not their fault. Employees always friendly.

I am on permanent hold they have re put my call back on hold 12 times and it's been 45 minutes. ( oh they just hung up on me again ) Seriously the customer service is shit, I watched the night pharm try to keep his eyes open for 1 hour while I waited, which I happen to be at the store 1030 am- 545pm with no resolve from Matthew the pharmacist. He refused REFUSED to fill my script after I waited all day for my dr. To send it in digitally- it was sent in because the dr got confirm back that they had it. When I asked him about it, he lied to me and said he never spoke with my dr office ( lie, so he didn't want to fill my rx) this will go higher than I cAn go, I was treated terribly all while the dr office was on the line listening ! Good job Matthew ! They knew I had been there all day they knew they had my scripts and I live out of state so now I drive home in the dark and my dr will be speaking to them in the -am. This guy needs a new job, he walked away from our conversation 2times because he knew that I knew he was lying. Thanks for such sweet customer service dude . When I got home that's when I started to call to see what time he's off , 45 minutes the phone rang and I was hung on 3 times Piece of crap this pharm is

50 minutes for 1 prescription that was called ahead 2 hours prior. I will never I repeat never go to that pharmacy again. And the customer services was terrible. Mind you there was only me and one other car in line.

Hey Walgreens, what's the point of having express pass when the employee had no idea what it was, and had me tell him the name of my medication instead of just asking my name/DOB? How incredibly violating, especially when there were other customers around. Between that and the incredibly long wait times, I'm switching my prescriptions. To anyone contemplating using this location... please don't!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. So condescending and judgmental. They pick and choose seemingly at random who they will accept goodrx coupons from. Sat on hold fkr 30 minutes just to listen to the rude female employee complain and whine and boo hoo about being short staffed. Pretty sure shes responsible for the pharmacy being understaffed because anyone they hire quits on their first day to avoid being around that bitc*. She seriously seems a little slow. I dont understand why pharmacists ever feel the need to dole out judgement. Why even go into the field? I'd would assume one would want to be a pharmacist to help people. I've dealt with many who seem to enjoy looking down their nose at customers. They pour pills out of one bottle into another bottle. Its not quantum physics. Whoever that thunderc*nt was that i talked to tonight I hope she gets a papercut between her fingers.

I would never recommend this Walgreens. The patient care there is non-existent. They have messed up my prescriptions multiple times. The first time I went to fill a prescription was for a medication while I was in the middle of having a miscarriage. They said they could not process my insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket--they were very rude about this too. I paid for the meds and when I was feeling better I reached out to my insurance and they said that the request had been submitted but that Walgreens kept cancelling the request. I have had multiple other prescription issues. This last issue has been the tipping point for me--I was trying to fill a prescription that has always cost $8 and now suddenly it costs $114. I asked why and they said it was because my deductible was being applied... which it should ALWAYS be applied and asked why it was any different. They said I would have to reach out to my insurance. I reached out to my insurance and it is because they were trying to fill a prescription that is taken ONCE A WEEK for EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I have now been on hold for 30 minutes to have them make the adjustment and they know it is me and keep hanging up on me (I have been frustrated with them, but never yelled or anything) they answered and knew it was me because they addressed me by name and then told me to hold. They keep picking up and then I have heard an employee multiple times say: "aaaaaand hanging up again." I'm really discussed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This Walgreens is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Need to go through the drive thru to grab a prescription real quick? Budget an hour MINIMUM. It is always a ridiculously long wait for absolutely no reason. Choose any other pharmacy.

This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I've ever gone to. They are either ridiculously understaffed or they don't care about their jobs. I've been in the drive-through for well over 10 minutes while only one car was in front of me at the window. I've spent over 20 minutes on hold at times with no response just constantly picking up and getting placed right back on hold. Take your medication needs elsewhere if you can. Walgreens Pharmacy on 7800 s Redwood is the worse ever I've been coming here for a long time and the wait time gets longer and longer. The staff is not friendly and so slow I went to pick up 2 Rx tonight which I was told were ready I saw 4 cars leave I was there 45 mins and one of the medications they couldn't find so had to wait longer. Time for a new pharmacy

Wish I could give 0 stars. I got a message that the pharmacy was trying to bill insurance I did not have anymore. I had asked multiple people multiple times to take that insurance off my profile so this would stop happening. I tried to call, but of course they kept picking up and putting me on hold. I called the store. The manager answered and said he went back there, and they were too busy to answer the phone. I needed 20 seconds to tell them to bill good rx instead. Now I have to go there, wait in a huge line to tell them to stop billing my old insurance, wait 30 minutes (at least) for it to be filled, wait in a long line again to pick it up. A 20 second phone call could save me at least an hour of wasted time, but even the store manager doesn't care. He told me sorry they're too busy to talk after I explained all of that. Ridiculous. Obviously, NOT a single person there thinks customers are important at all.
