We had a broken spring years ago and ended up using our garage for storage. I called Wicked Garage Doors and made an appt. They sent texts to let me know of arrival time. Karson arrived and gave us an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. He replaced the springs, installed a new opener and repaired several other parts. He was excellent at communicating what needed to be done and was very professional. Thank you Karson, well done!

I highly recommend them! This is the 3rd time we have used them. They installed a new bay door, opener and all the tracks at my daughters home. Then we had them do a full service at my in-laws and just had them service my bay door. He was on time very polite and knew what he was doing. I was surprised at how quick and professional he was. He offered a number of ways to pay and that was nice so was the price. I even received a discount for useing their services before. I loved that! If you have any problems or just want a new door, opener or services I highly recommend calling Wicked. I have and will continue to recommend and use them. Thank you wicked

Had a great experience today with Wicked Garage Doors. Had a spring break and they squeezed us in right before the holiday weekend. David helped us out and was so friendly and even made sure our door closed correctly and quieter than before. Was genuinely impressed with him and his work. The only downside was that there was a fee for using a card to pay. So that doesn't catch you by surprise like it did me, they did not disclose that in the initial quote. I was told after the work was done when I called in to pay the invoice. Definitely made my stomach drop at the end of an otherwise great experience.
Wicked Garage Doors seems like they don't compromise on the quality of spring installed and they warranty the work and the springs for 7 years. Happy to recommend them to my neighbors and to you.

5 Star service is always what I get from Wicked Garage Doors. James is very attentive to his clients needs, very friendly and polite. Personally, I wouldn't use any other company for my garage door needs.

As usual James was great during the estimate prosses. We were ready to spend a few thousand dollars with them and once he knew what our goal was he recommended someone to us that would be able to accomplish what we wanted for much less expensive. We still did make a purchase work Wicked, just not nearly a much. Mckoi came and installed our openers fast and made sure we didn't have questions before leaving. We said this for years, we'll never use another garage door company as long as it continues to be run like this.

Beyond that, he explained all the repairs needed as other companies had not been effective in fixing our door. Thank you James for your help and honesty about what we needed.

Neal at Wicked Garage Doors responded quickly through our home warranty company to our garage door issue and was very professional and pleasant to work with. He solved our problem in a timely manner and was even able to answer other questions we posed to him. I highly recommend this young man and his company.

Cody came for our rescue. Our garage door occasionally stuck halfway up or down, and Cody took only several steps to figure out the issues of that door. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

After having problems with our garage door last year, we started looking into replacing them. In a time when businesses were too busy to even take calls, let alone get to customers in a timely manner, I'm so glad I found this company. James returned my call very quickly and came out to give me a quote. He didn't try to upsell me but worked within the budget I wanted to spend to get the best quality and my preferred style. He was also willing to give me a quote on repairing the current garage door, as well as refer me to a painter, so my doors could look like new. After consideration, we decided to go with the latter option and also have Wicked replace all the trim and install new garage door openers.
We didn't decide to replace our springs at the time but knew that was needed as we had previously had another company replace just one broken spring with a used one (due to the part not being readily available.) Today the spring broke which makes the door awfully heavy to manually lift. James responded immediately to my message and was able to send someone right out to fix the door. You simply can't ask for better service or a more professional company to deal with. (The pricing is also VERY reasonable compared to other quotes I received.)
Edit: Something became detached on the garage door on my husband's wood shop and we ended up with it hanging at a diagonal on a bent rail. It has glass inserts so it was very heavy and we couldn't get it up or down manually. We had a great tech, Cody G. He came out the same day and got everything all fixed up in a jiffy. Once again, we are so VERY grateful to have found this company.
