Willow Hill Yarn Company is a lovely and nice shop with a good and broad selection of high-quality yarns. The range is well-curated and not overwhelming, featuring fun yarns in natural fibers, lovely things to look at, and incredibly soft and luxurious wool. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, pleasant, sweet, and fun to talk to. They provide excellent service, including balling or winding yarn for customers right at the counter. The shop is accessible with a very wide door. Customers feel welcome and like a person, enjoying a wonderful experience that makes them look forward to returning, taking a class, and highly recommending it to fellow knitters and crocheters.

So this place is nice. It’s hard for my wife to get around and their door is wide enough to drive in with her scooter. Made her feel like a person.
