Worst Experience ever! When speaking with Carrissa and discussing my account, she was unable to communicate and she put a freeze on my account without clarifying with me. Costing me more money for fees, time, and gas in my truck. If you bank here plan on paying a lot of unfair fees. If I were you I would avoid this banking institution!

I would like to give more than 5 stars for the service provided by David Cruz and his team on my loan process. when my process started David and his team gave me updates in every step with the process and closed the loan on time. Appreciate their help and i would recommend this branch.

This is the worst ever. Terrible customer service. Not busy and tellers all standing around and told me people ahead of me. Not very aware of customers. Had to hit call button because they forgot about me. If this wasn't where my business bank I wouldn't come here.

Lots of negative reviews here without fully understanding the real reasons. This bank has stopped Saturday's and shortened hours because of short staffed. Like many businesses, people would rather collect unemployment than have a job. I needed to replace my cracked debit card and get cash from my account. Yes, it took longer than I wanted it to. The teller was friendly, kind and kept me updated while I waited. Before you give a negative comment about "poor service", be kind first, and understanding. Don't misunderstand "poor service" with new employees and short staffing.

By far the most incompetent Zions Bank in the state of UTah! Slow slow tellers and drive thru! They don’t communicate with you while they are doing the transaction your left standing there like umm are you slow, new or don’t know what your doing! I hate coming to this location!

It would be considerate of your customer's needs for you to display accurately your hours of operation. 5 cars showed up at your drive up service because it said you were open online. No note or anything was posted. I called and the sweet girl couldn't do anything but say "I'm sorry." Well Zion's bank should be sorry of this poor customer service. Why would you shut down on Saturday because of Covid19? Do you run a bigger chance of catching it on Saturday than Monday thru Friday? In light of that maybe everything should close on Saturday.

I get that we're in a pandemic, but I've literally been sitting in this drive thru lane for 45 minutes. Complete incompetence at this location. To top it off, the teller misspelled the name of the person I needed a check printed for and he tells me it's going to be another few minutes to get it corrected. All the while I've watched about 15 other cars get serviced in the other lanes. Beyond irritating!

Came in today to cash a 15000 dollar check and they told me that they didn't had enough cash in hand to be solvent through out the day so I had to ether open an account with them or drive around different to different branches.

Worst service for a financial institution at every branch. Will continue to be a revolving door of disgruntled employees/customers until you update your policies.

My father banked with Zions so when I needed banking I started banking where he banked. However they don't treat people like they once did. It's profits first and at the expense of regular checking account holders like you and me. They charged me $161 dollars in fees in less than a week for have -1.00 overdraft fee. I hate Zions Bank with a passion because of their attitude towards customers and their unethical rates they charge for being overdrawn. The worst part is I've talked to the manager about it and he said there was nothing he could do, which means headquarters is the issue. I also asked him to make sure it never is allowed on my account again. We use technology all day yet they happily let your account be over drawn because that's where they make their most profits. I am closing my account and moving to Mountain America we're they treat people well because they know people are worth more than just good business.
