I called in to talk with a pharmacist and he sounded extremely annoyed that he had to speak with me.

Definitely not worth going to anymore.
They are understaffed.
They never call back.
They don't answer the phone.
They aren't attentive to needs
They aren't very kind

Get text saying my prescription is ready then go pick it up only to find out that’s it’s not. Soooo you have to wait even longer. Happens all the time. Makes me wonder if someone’s bonus is based off sending out expedited texts of pickup vs drop off

Anytime I call to ask the pharmacist at Smiths West Point a question he seems so bothered I’m calling. Makes me want to change pharmacies and I probably will change because of this.

Poor communication. It is ridiculous how much of a process it was to get my rx that they called me saying they had it and then I show up and say I don't have it.

It’s very slow but the staff are friendly and helpful. I think they just need to hire more people to get through the lines. Overall not bad though.

The pharmacist and techs were great. After a long work day for these employees, they were still able to push a refill to be filled so my husband could have it when my he needed it. I truly am so grateful! Thank you so much!

First of all what the heck people!? When you are told to transfer a medication to Walmart, you do it! You DO NOT drag your feet, lie to us, or delete the medication. We got several texts saying and confirming that med was there and now being told it’s not in record. Which is a lie and it wasn’t 2 weeks before it was picked up. Which is the time in which a med would be put back. Being an experienced person, with taking multiple meds, I would know. Also many voicemails were left and a phone call was never returned. My mother who needs her medication or she will come out of remission, and hasn’t had it for 3 days now and was supposed to get it a week ago. She was told multiple times it would be done and it was not! The half life of this medication is only 5 hours which means she could come out of remission quickly. Do you not care about your customers? Cause this is absolutely insane and not okay! Not like you guys understand what it’s like. You just do meds, you don’t suffer. Either do retraining or fire someone. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. Fix it. Own up to your mistakes and do your freaking job. If she comes out of remission and has to be hospitalized, I will be suing. Period.

Almost every time I come to the pharmacy it is closed— whether they’re supposed to be open or not. Usually it’s because they’re opening late, or closing early. The most recent thing is, I went to pick up my medication, only to find them closed. It was more than 10 minutes before closing. This is unbelievably frustrating. If you’re supposed to close down at 8, don’t close down at 7:48!

The staff always goes out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Even when dealing with frustrating circumstances they have remained polite and professional.

Constantly out of medication. They say they will send a text when medication comes in but then no text is received, when I come back to check on it. The prescription has expired even though they have it in stock. Now I get to go back to the doctor and try to get a new prescription. Takes another 3 days and another copay. I would try somewhere else

The pharmacists can be nice and helpful but for a good while - haven't been on top of things. **Edit: A while back, I called in a refill for Hydroxyzine. I know they have low staff but… A new staff member at the time, gave me *Hydrochlorothiazide*. I pointed out how it didn’t sound right. Everything else was correct except the name. She reassured me that’s what I have on file. No it wasn’t. After googling what it is - I cannot have it. Dangerous side effects if I did, especially with my already chronic health issues. I couldn’t give it back and still have yet to figure out how to discard it properly (as many places aren’t taking unused meds).

I made smiths pharmacy my pharmacy since they built the store. I’ve never had any issues getting my prescriptions. Staff is always friendly to me. They even apply good RX coupons without me having to pull them up when they see a prescription costs too much. It seems like they are going above and beyond to get the price down for me. The only downside is the wait time. That’s a hit or miss. You never know if it’s going to be busy or not.

This being the second time this has happened, I went to pick up my prescriptions after I got off work. My shift usually ends around 12:30 so I drove straight to the pharmacy went to get in line for their drive-through, and because the times online says they close for lunch at 1 PM I figured they’d probably still be open because I was 10 minutes before then. But to my surprise they were closed. Why are we leaving for lunch 10 minutes before we are allowed to leave for lunch? And if you have a lunchtime before that why are you putting online that you will be there until one? I understand that people are busy, I understand they need to eat too. What I don’t understand is why I’ve now had to take time out of my day to go get my prescriptions and end up with nothing because you decided to leave early. Update the time or close up when it’s been posted.
