The Pointe is a beautiful apartment community crafted for West Point living. The walkable neighborhood is a convenience and a pleasure, close to the grocery store, several restaurants, and two local parks. The apartments are beautiful, very clean, and organized, with modern amenities including in-unit washers/dryers, a resort-style pool, and a resident lounge. The office staff is super helpful and friendly. The property manager is detailed and really cares about the property and living conditions, ensuring prompt maintenance. The community is kept clean and nice. Some residents note that apartments facing the pool can be very noisy during the season, and there are extra fees. Overall, it is a good experience with a great location.
The overall living space, service, amenities, and conveniency at the Pointe apartments are amazing. I want to say big thanks to Mario for making the process of moving and setting up everything an easy/smooth process and for the employees here maintaining the apartments overall!
