I left my wallet at the counter and only realized it an hour later. I was convinced it was gone, but hurried back and the clerk, with a smile, handed me my wallet, including the $20 bill I had in it. My appreciation to this wonderful Sev team ❤️

Rude staff. Avoid the store, if you can.

This 7-Eleven is, without a shadow of a doubt, the absolute WORST convenience store I have ever encountered. From the moment you step inside (or even just glance at the filthy exterior), you're met with an atmosphere of neglect and disdain. The employees act as though serving customers is a personal affront, their rudeness a constant and unwelcome companion to any transaction. And don't even bother trying to find a helpful manager – they embody the same level of apathy and discourtesy, clearly setting the tone for this disastrous establishment.
One of the most infuriating aspects of this location is their blatant disregard for advertised prices. Numerous items, particularly their tobacco products and store-brand offerings (think questionable snacks and beverages), consistently ring up at a higher cost than what's displayed. It feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch, leaving you feeling cheated and frustrated. When you dare to question the discrepancy, you're met with shrugs, eye-rolls, or outright hostility.
If you're somehow desperate enough to consider their food, prepare for disappointment. Their pizza seems to be perpetually stuck in the oven long past its prime, arriving at the counter burnt and inedible. The overall cleanliness of the store is also a major concern. Dirt and grime accumulate in every corner, both inside the cramped aisles and on the littered pavement outside. It's a truly unpleasant environment.
Adding insult to injury, there's a specific night-shift employee who seems to derive pleasure from berating customers. I have personally been yelled at by this individual on no fewer than five separate occasions. It's baffling and frankly unacceptable behavior in any customer service setting. The only reason I continue to patronize this horrific place is its unfortunate proximity to my workplace – it's the sole 7-Eleven within a significant radius.
Corporate needs to intervene immediately and conduct a thorough overhaul of this abysmal store. The unprofessional and rude staff, the deceptive pricing practices, and the unsanitary conditions are simply unacceptable. This location is a blight on the 7-Eleven brand and a constant source of frustration for the local community. Avoid this store at all costs unless absolute necessity dictates otherwise. You'll thank yourself for it. This isn't just a bad 7-Eleven; it's an insult to the very concept of a convenience store.

Went in to do a money order/transfer which 711 advertises you can do at ANY 711. I was told by the cashier, before I could finish my sentence, that they don’t do that. I told him that I’ve done it at this location before with no problem. He interrupts me again and insists they don’t do it. He then goes on some rant about how he hasn’t gotten a change order in over a year. Not sure what that has to do with this. Ive had a few hiccoughs in the past when the cashier didn’t know how to execute it. This guy just insisted they don’t do it at all while repetitively interrupting me. I think the dude just didn’t want to have to reconcile/process the cash later.

2321 S Redwood Road, UT 84119. Guy made me feel like I was a criminal and cancelled half of my order. I didnt catch his name but he was a darker complected gentleman. 10am on 4/12/2024. Ordered using Ubereats. This is the first time after a dozen orders from this 7-Eleven this has happened. My Wife made the order not me,. Then he wanted to see a screenshot of my order but I dont have data on my phone and the order was made at home. The lady working there was cool, but the guy who claimed it was "His" store a couple times was very aggressive by nature and made me feel like a thief. Lady tried giving me my order but he snatched it out of my hands. Ive ordered about 100 orders through Ubereats since covid and everyone was fine when I can recite the order, name on order, my address and contact number. Worse yet, I ordered 10 frozen breakfast sandwiches and they only gave me 5 although I could see their fridge/freezer section had more sandwiches. He said "he" could only give me 5 with an obvious smirk. Im only assuming they didnt want me to get the other 5 because I used a discount code, but Ubereats let me pay for the whole order. Attitude from this guy was horrible and unfriendly. Ive in my 50 years never had a problem with 7-Eleven's and his attitude tanked me. Talked down to me so much that I have to write this review. All he wanted to do is argue over a inexpensive order that I could recite all 11 items. I had to let people behind me to get checked out because he was wasting everyones time. Finally gave me my order but could tell he was not happy about it. Im only going to Maverik for my food orders now. Good riddance. Hope this worldwide review was worth the attitude given.
Before the "Owner" gives the generic response to me to go to the bit.ly link, I already did.

it is a pretty average gas station, most of the employees are nice though one of the employees are kind of rude and treat everyone like they are stealing or doings something bad. it is usually pretty stocked up. a couple years ago they kept stealing my money, not making the gift cards i bought work, though i havent bought gift cards from them since around 2021 or 2022 and i think most of the employees from back then dont work there anymore. i dont recommend using this 7 eleven when using the 7 eleven app or any pick up/delivery app, the employee i mentioned earlier will make it hard to get the order. it doesnt have a bathroom and they recently removed the gas pumps. i recommend going to the maverick nearby if you have a choice, it isnt the worst convenience store but it isnt where youll want to go if you want the things i mentioned them not having and sometimes customer service (depends on whos working at the time)

They won’t do cash deposit on my card even though other 7-11 have no issues. Was told the manager is greedy and doesn’t allow them by his own employee lol but not so convenient. He said we’ll we don’t do them because it’s shady and your not charged umm excuse me sir yes I’m charged a 3.50 fee he said we’ll it’s the managers policy not mine sorry your being ripped off lol umm ok np next 7-11 was way more friendly and helpful! No need to bring service here when they have rude staff and a greedy manager!

Employees are very rude. Basically ganged up on me when i tried to figure out a problem with a door dash order. Then ignored the door dash customer service call to fix the issue. They need to work on their people skills, they were zero help. Would be worth going to a different location.
